Now I've been her long enough to know you are not a complete racist,

Not a 'complete' one? Just a partial one eh? Funny guy.
No, my very brown daughter, who is adopted hispanic from Bolivia,
and who is much darker than supposedly black Harris, would
disagree with you on the partial racist bit.

I'm done. Enjoy your day.

Now you're just bending things out of proportion and you know it.

Not calling you racist just wondering why her colour is an obvious issue.

Which by the looks of it you dont want to answer.

So on that note "fact" is, and according to the very definition of words in the English dictionary.

Kamala Harris is black and biracial.

Hopefully next time the topic will be more agreeable.

But her colour and race is not really up for debate.

Enjoy your day also.

Odd how she never claimed "blackness" until it could be of benefit to her.

Between going to an HBCU, joining a Black sorority, and being a member of the Black Congressional Caucus, when did she ever deny her Blackness?

Why is it odd?

You know fine well Trump has the white Christian nationalist and supremacist vote in the bag.

Is it any wonder Kamala Harris is going after the rest and other side?

And Trumps the one who seems to have made her biracial ethnicity a major talking point in the first place.

If her color is no issue when not tell everyone you are Indian? I think that is the point most people try to make.

To me she is a an American. I do not see color could care less. What I hate is pandering and she is the queen. Waiting for her to say she carries hot sauce in her purse.wait....she did.

When she said she was the 1st Asian American VP..or Indian VP? I wonder what her percentage is because it has to be a certain amount for scholarships. Is she another Warren?

If you wish to call me Indian matafuchs go right ahead.

Unfortunately both my parents were caucasian.

I think there is some Viking descent in there also along with the Saxons according to my name and lineage.

To me she just Kamala Harris, Trumps the one who seems to see colour and race being an issue.

As to pandering, well she is a politician, and that's kind of what they do and/or expect, no matter which side of the political aisle they happen to hail from.

Are there no black Irish people, in Ireland?

a reply to: Oldcarpy2

Maybe so but the USA is unique, since 1965 immigration law changes the USA has been considered the melting pot. The USA has been known as the great experiment, mixing cultures, races and religions more than any other country on earth. The land of opportunity.
When a black person, from Kenya for example, has just arrived on a boat to Ireland as they have been doing all over Europe, arriving in boats and just coming into the country irrespective of immigrarion laws and they then give birth to a child it really just doesn't seem like that child is Irish or the parents. Not the way the world has viewed Ireland through out history. It just seems off to me. That sort of thing has been happening in the USA for years now but Ireland? From what I've seen and read the Irish people aren't too keen on having this kind of population change.
To answer your question in 2010 or there abouts Ireland had less than one percent black, what was wrong with that? The Irish people are historically white christians, what's wrong with that? Irish people have made it clear they don't want this demographic change being pushed onto them, what's wrong with that? What is wrong with wanting to keep your population predominately white and christian? Why is Israel allowed to maintain there population as they do? Would African nations like boat loads of white people entering their country, disregarding their laws? Changing the countries population and culture? These are uncomfortable questions many people are asking, are they allowed to feel that way?

Like the way you put in the boogiemen, white Christian nationalist and supremacists, for Trump. You don't think there might be some Black Christian nationalists?

Nope, only Trump, and Kamala is going for everyone not an evil white Christian nationalist or supremacist.

What a twat

Just something i seem to recall came up in the ancestry thingamabob my Gran had created with the family tree before she passed.

As to who they were, well for my part they were the ones about, as far as I'm led to believe, when my other Viking ancestors raped and pillaged their way across the blessed isle, mated, intermingled, and decided to stay.

The Anglo-Saxons were a mix of tribes from Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands. The three biggest were the Angles, the Saxons and the Jutes. The land they settled in became known as 'Angle-land', or England. They brought Germanic languages and new customs and dress.

No #.
And we aren't all black.
And neither is Harris.

Yeah, we all come from somewhere.

The thing is we tend to be more similar than we are different.

What drives liberals nuts is when you show them that they have inhaled air (oxygen, farts, belches) that was once inside of DONALD TRUMP!
