The way municipal governments approach billing for public services during campaign rallies varies from city to city.

A representative for one city which held a Trump rally told CNN that they don’t typically invoice campaigns for city services rendered during campaign events. A representative for another city told CNN that though they do invoice campaigns for services rendered during rallies, there’s a low expectation as to whether they’ll actually be paid.

As Center for Public Integrity reported, cities typically provide public safety services for campaign events when they’re requested by Secret Service. However, Secret Service has asserted that there is no funding mechanism for the agency to pay cities for those security services rendered.

Seriously true. Trump gets massive numbers at his rallies and has even more people left outside who can't get in by the thousands ... and the left says that rally numbers mean nothing.

So then Kamala holds rallies with thug-rappers 'entertaining' the lemmings before hand, and the rallies get big numbers while the rappers are there, and suddenly the left says 'oh Kamala is on fire look at her rallies that means something'.

Rally numbers seem to matter to MAGA. They don't really, as we've seen in 2020, however that's often used on ATS as one of the "reasons" they are sure the election was "stolen". Pointing out the enthusiasm well ahead of the election nullifies that excuse if she wins.

He's weak because he's not campaigning even though there's an election less than 100 days. He's weak because he saw that he's going to lose so he obviously had to scramble in an attempt to stop the bleeding. He's weak because he tried to play the strongman less than a week ago by saying the only debate will be at Fox under his conditions, and now he's offering Harris a debate at ABC and NBC and he's willing to negotiate on the conditions.

Trump is a beta and he's given all the power in the race to Harris.

Rally numbers matter. Biden couldn't get squat. It mattered. Trump brings them in big time. It matters. Harris has had a few good rallies ... it matters ... but it also matters that she brings in popular entertainers to headline them and that people walk out after the entertainers are done. Rallies show how much dedication and excitement the base has for their candidate and that does translate to the polling booth.

What are you talking about. He's campaigning. He took the last two weeks and has been doing TV interviews and podcasts and radio interviews, and he's been working with his team to put out new ads etc etc. Just because he hasn't had a rally in a week or so you think hes' 'not campaigning'??? How exactly is he 'scrambling'?? He just did a one hour press conference .. wide open .. the press could ask anything and he answered everyone. That's not 'scrambling'. That's doing what you are supposed to be doing ... something that Harris can't handle and isn't doing.

Agreeing to three debates isn't 'weak'. It's bold. HARRIS refuses to agree to them after falsely claiming that Trump was running away from doing them. THAT is weak.
