Trump getting to dictate the venue and all rules of the debate isn't a level playing field. Both parties agreed to the ABC debate and the rules.
Besides, that last CNN debate was completely fair to both candidates.

He agreed to debate Biden. You guys jumped ship midstream and that changed everything. It says much more about Democrats than it does Trump. You support who you are told to. You have no thoughts of your own, just an NPC doing what you're programmed to do.

If there's nothing in the contract Trump's campaign that stipulates his opponent for the debate, the contract is not null and void. And if he refuses to appear he will be opening himself up to litigation.

How does the battlefield favor Harris when there was a compromise over venue and rules that ensured a level playing ground?

Biden dropped out because his attempt to kill his superior opponent failed.
