I expected that reply from you...word for word.

Without a vote by the people, they are stuck with whatever state leaders decide for them.

State leaders were voted in via their policies, when SCOTUS changed the game, state leaders also changed the game...if people in those states disagree with the changes - which it may be the majority - how do they kick out that leader? They don't, it's rammed down their throats.

Apparently, you too don't care what the majority of Americans want.

Apparently you are so hell bent on slaughtering babies around the world, that you don't respect the US Constitution, nor the rule of law, and you don't respect the rights of people in different states to decide the laws of their own states.

This is the UNITED STATES of America. 50 separate states operating under the US Constitution. Each state has a right to run itself the way it wants. The people of each state get to decide how their state runs.

Answer the question .... are you an American?
It seems pretty obvious that either you aren't or you are willfully ignorant.
Which is it?

DUMB.

The people vote on the leaders knowing full well what the leaders policies are. The leaders then implement the polices. Therefore, the people have decided how to run each state.

BS, when SCOTUS changed the game, states' leaders changed the game in mid-stream.

Without a referendum on the new changes to those specific laws, nobody really knows if the people agreed with that specific policy.

BS, when SCOTUS ruled that each state has a right to decide it's own laws because Abortion is not in the US Constitution, SCOTUS gave the people of those states back the run to run their states as they see fit.

That's not how America is run. People do not vote on every law that comes up. That is retarded. We have a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC with elected leaders who implement the laws.

The people vote on the leaders knowing full well what the leaders policies are. The leaders then implement the polices. Therefore, the people have decided how to run each state. THIS IS BASIC CIVICS.

I know, but in mid-stream. Those already seated there were not voted in for that specific policy, they just changed the laws mid-stream. If Americans are mostly pro-choice, then your argument fails.

WRONG.

The people vote on the leaders knowing full well what the leaders policies are. The leaders then implement the polices. Therefore, the people have decided how to run each state. THIS IS BASIC CIVICS. This is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC not running on emotion but instead running on the established rule of law in a CONSTITUTION with STATES RIGHTS where 'we the people' decide how to run each state.

Again ... Answer the question .... are you an American?

WRONG

The people could only vote on the policies at the time of voting not afterwards when specific policy issues are changed without a referendum.

"We the people" do not vote on every law and every policy each and every time it comes up. That would be RETARDED. That's not how a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC is run.

If someone gets in office and puts in policies that the people don't like, then that person gets booted from office in the next election and a different person comes in and goes with policies that the people want.

RvW was never rock solid and it was easily beaten down on Constitutional grounds. Democrats had plenty of opportunities to pass legislation over the decades, but never did. Think about WHY, and why they cry now. 😊

SCOTUS left that important decision in the hands of the minority (state leaders) and without a referendum vote by the people, they are stuck with whatever that minority decides for them. Dictatorship is as dictatorship does.

Now apply that thinking to the whole Federal law authoritarians. At least The Several States are solidified into The Constitution, and The Constitution can be amended by super majorities, not mob groups. 😀

But what if "The Majority" of the people are on a fad kick or an over publicized binge influence that may be getting misinterpreted ? 😬

Same can be said for all the wild hyena COVID restrictions right? Many of those were actual laws enacted.😊

Perfect example of mob mentality ... mob rule.

Something that the Supreme Court does not bow to.

They rule by the Constitution and are emotionless in doing so.

That's why Sotomayor is such a lousy judge.

She admits she rules by emotion and by her own racial bias.

She never should have been put on the court.
