Imagine a country wherein every new executive leader packs the court just enough so that it sides with them a majority of the time; and you have just imagined many of the countries we call our advertisers.

That is what third world countries do, dictatorship at its finest, thank God we go check and balances.

Amending the constitution is not as easy and congress knows that.

You don't seem to get that. Are you even American?
Considering how little you understand, I'm thinking NOT.

Obviously no, if we get every seating president reforming the 3 branches of government every time that one does not side with his view on law, we will not have a country at all, that is why is checks and balances, many outsiders cannot grasp the concept, that has made US soo successful when it comes to keeping the country as a whole.

The US Supreme Court is the last and final untarnished piece the Progressive want to control and destroy while remolding in their image.

That is why we got states rights, independent from the federal government, is to protect the nation and its citizens.

he United States operates as a constitutional republic, a form of government that involves representatives elected by the people, who execute their duties under the constraints of a prevailing constitution that specifies the powers and limits of government.

This is how US constitution stop dictators as long as we have a judicial branch to protect the people.

The centralized government can never become too powerful.

One fundamental principle of a constitutional republic is the protection of minority rights against the potential tyranny of the majority. This design counters direct democracy, where majority rules could potentially ride roughshod over minority interests. The U.S. Constitution outlines various checks and balances intended to prevent any single branch of government from gaining absolute power, thereby protecting individual rights from being infringed upon by majority vote.

Another key element of this governance style is the separation of powers among branches of the government, a system meant to foster a balance of power. The legislative branch makes laws, the executive branch enforces these laws, and the judiciary interprets them. Each branch operates independently from the others to prevent any accumulation of power, adhering to the principles laid out by the framers of the Constitution.

US constitution is the base of our nations democracy, it needs to be protected.
