Heh, yeah...so let's put this into perspective here, shall we??

1.) What you'd really hoped for with your OP was to 'frost' the 'jo-jos' of Trump supporters, not Trump himself.

2.) Let's look at the qualifications to make the cover of time magazine...

2a.) - On the one hand we have a president and VP who lied to America, a president who is mentally unfit to run the country, only to be replaced by a person who is so woefully unqualified to become president that she couldn't even win her own home state, Kalifornia, in the presidential primaries. THIS is the shameful behavior which gets the nod for the cover of time magazine.

2b.) - On the other hand, we have a presidential candidate and former president who made America great in the eyes of the World, who has an assassination attempt on his life undertaken, whom is protected by a protection agency which has been weaponized against him by the very people who did make the cover of time magazine, a group whom wantonly and recklessly discharged their duties with willful neglect. We have a former president who survived said assassination attempt with a fist of defiance in an iconic picture. THIS person does NOT get the nod for the cover of time magazine.

3.) The only thing time magazine got right with their cover was the color, red, the exact same color as the flag of the country the current regime they have sold their soul's to, China, and the exact same color of the flag of the ideology the current regime aspires to become, the Union of Socialist Soviet Republic (USSR).

4.) Time magazine, the banner of American patriotism, don't you think????

Have a nice day.

Time often has multiple covers for the same issue.

Even before this cover, there was two planned for this issue. One with the iconic picture of Trump, another showing the venue with the flag above after people had left.

Looks like you can still pre order the Trump cover.

magazineshop.us...

My guess is they have multiple covers to increase sales so they can appeal to broader audiences.

Would have been a more accurate picture, if Joe was tripping off the edge of the cover.

Just saying.

...or falling 'up' the stairs to AF1.

That's the iconic picture of our great 'president'

He was shot because of easy access to firearms (something that Trump had done nothing to restrict), and because his whole campaign is divisive and promotes outrage, of the type that riles up the kooks and those who believe all the online invective and propaganda.

Stop with this bs. You and I both know that ALL of the cities with strict gun control polices have the worst crime.

Actually, the cities with the highest population have the highest numbers of crimes.

States with weaker gun laws have higher rates of firearm related homicides and suicides, study finds

Access to guns has nothing to do with it. Criminals do not obey the laws. You can make gun laws all day long and it wont matter. Are you also going to restrict knives, then cars, and then rocks? If someone wants to kill someone they will find a way. It has nothing to do with guns.

Sure. But there are more murders with firearms in the USA than there are with any other weapon. So ignoring the facts is particularly stupid.

Number of murder victims in the United States in 2022, by weapon used

Have you personally tried to go buy an AR15?

No, in my country, after the second incident of mass shooting in our history, AR 15's and similar assault rifles were banned.

A country where you have to carry around a firearm just to feel safe seems like a fairly awful and evil place to live and definitely not a 'first-world' civilized country.

And trumps campaign being divisive? I dare you to spend 5 minutes searching the internet for quotes from democrat leaders about Trump.

I think you'll find he has lied a lot, too. I don't even have to search for one minute to see one of Trumps lies.

Did you know he recently said he'd never said that Hillary Clinton should be locked up? I remember that he said it to her face during the debate with her. And he repeated it at nearly every rally that year. LOL. Some of us don't have memory problems.

You will find more lies than you can stomach. They have lied about everything he does, they call him a dictator, they keep spouting off about project 2025, they have you dems literally believing there will never be another election.

Trump said that the election was stolen and took it to court. He didn't win a single case. That was because he was the one who lied, and he did so, to retain power, like a dictator would.

And dictator after dictator through history were initially elected. Lots of them subsequently lost elections and then refused to accept the vote. That's how it happens.

I mean if all that was true then why not stop him... But is it? IS IT TRUE??? Hell no its not true. Its DIVISIVE lies from the left. That is the reason this happened.

In the USA, no-one seems to be able to determine who is telling the truth. Everyone is denying the validity of everything. The level of doubt about media and official announcements didn't really happen in a big way until 2015 during Trump's campaign and with his use of social media and promotion of online conspiracy theories.

But Trump is directly responsible for delaying the response to the pandemic in the USA. A pandemic that killed over a million US citizens in two years.

While the death toll was rising, he kept saying it will all just go away, for more than three months. He blamed China for not stopping outgoing flights from China, but Trump never stopped outgoing flights from the US during the pandemic. He was in the position of the utmost responsibility and all he did was futz around, suggest stupid non-solutions, and blame everyone else. While individual states and health organizations were trying to do their nest to deal with the pandemic, he was running super-spreader political rallies across the country and boasting about how there was no-one at the Biden rallies.

And Trump is in a big way responsible for the economic results of the pandemic with subsequent payments which went way over budget. How many billions did he sink into Operation Warp Speed when they already had a number of vaccine candidates, from multiple companies, from multiple countries? And how much of that money did he take away from essential health services and social security right when they were most needed at the height of the pandemic?

Those who go about their lives willy-nilly following the lead of MSM don't realize our country has been in a war for its survival since 2016.

Is Trump the answer? I honestly don't know, but I do know we can't possibly survive four more years of liberal wokeism.

I do. I thought at the time that that one would make a majestic cover for Time Magazine. Powerful, Iconic. Certainly an image to go down in history.

But did it make the cover of Time, we know how he loves his picture on the cover of Time.

Welllll, it got stolen from him. Bet that frosts his jo jos.

Yep. Getting beaten by a black woman must really roll up his hose. So to speak.

I agree! Joe absolutely hates her now. In his mind, he just got beat by the Jungle...

Oh Joe totally hates her now!

He not only handed over his candidacy to her, he also handed over a war chest with some $250 million in it, and then he went out and spoke in her support, helping her raise a $100 million in the first 24 hours.

Imagine how much money he would have helped her raise if he DIDN'T hate her!

I thought that when someone is shooting at you, and a stack of people are trying to keep you down out of harm's way, that standing up in a 'shoot at me, I'm an easy target' pose for the cameras is not the wisest move.

I'm not a Trump apologist. Still don't trust the man. But to this, I will say that after several seconds on the ground being dog-piled by a cadre of SS agents (several seconds that probably felt like minutes), he probably felt pretty certain that the threat has been neutralised and that - being the showman that he has always been - it was an opportune moment to make a statement.

No, probably wasn't wise, but I can see how the reasoning worked in his mind.

He had just been shot. 43 Seconds seems irrationally short period of time to do a photo op, and the Secret Service staff around him at the time weren't acting like the shooter had been neutralized.

What did Trump say about it?

He said some stupid stuff about being shot for democracy (like that is what denying elections is all about).

He was shot because of easy access to firearms (something that Trump had done nothing to restrict), and because his whole campaign is divisive and promotes outrage, of the type that riles up the kooks and those who believe all the online invective and propaganda.

Denying an election outcome till proven, when a lot of shenanigans are reported and on video, seems very democratic to me. Calling an election the safest ever without proof and refusing to investigate any claim or blocking all attempts to do so seems pretty undemocratic on the contrary.

Also for an hour I thought he was mortally wounded untill the picture was out. Maybe he just wanted to at least let the audience there know he was alive? But no its Trump lets just jump to the worst conclusion youve been trained to come up with.
