When Democrats actually get around to making billionaires pay their fair share let me know i'm be interested in seeing it happen. They have been saying that they would for decades and yet dispite being in power for a significant amount of that time they never seem to get around to doing it... it's simply a perpetual campaign slogan to them. I started a thread yesterday describing how a major Landslide Tsunami of incoming Republicans (all over the country) are being triggered by Democrat ineptness, deceitfulness, and outright lies to the American people.

Joe Biden kept telling the news media that 14 million Americans voted for him in state primaries and he is the only candidate to ever beat Trump in any race. But the "elites of the party" were pressuring him to stop seeking re-election.

The way Biden phrased it to Lester Holt, Democrat leaders appeared to be evil, heartless, selfish, pieces of sh'it.

What state primary laws were violated? While primaries do have to adhere to state election laws, the DNC is still a private organization that can operate as they wish, within the confines of the law.

There are no laws that bind them to the results of the primary and their rules allow them to portion out delegates as they wish.

Just like in Trump's case, any ruling that would keep Kamala off the ballot would be stayed until the case works its way through the court.

So you are correct that it'll be too late by the time the case makes it to SCOTUS. Either Trump or Kamala will be President and the case will be thrown out as moot.
