That would be like saying everyone who is pro Israel is anti free speech because of the antisemitism bill.

Not everything can be spoken in absolutes, and I’d go further to say few things in politics or geopolitics can be.

This just feels like the constant “if you’re not with _____, you’re a Nazi”. You can replace Nazi with any of the buzzword du jour.

Truly, people need to be understanding there is a Cabal before you can address the problems they are creating. It is scientifically proven that when you can't define the issues in a situation, you cannot begin to make it right. If you mislabel data in the lab, it will ruin the final product.

I consider those like you and Carl (again sorry Carl, I replied to the wrong post) , who stand beside Jews now, to be on the same level as the Doctor that saved my grandfather from the Nazis and those who hid my Grandmother. I had taken myself off line. Removed myself from social media and hidden away. It was too painful, but I see the war is being lost in public opinion and online and I at least have the duty to use words to try and turn the tide in my own small way. It is not an easy thing, and it does not feel safe, but I do see there are others, holding the fort. I will do my best. It is the rise of the old fashioned Nazi which is troubling me. I am Orthodox and observant. By that I mean I dress frum (or modestly), I eat kosher, I keep a kosher household, I daven (pray) and I keep by the laws as best I can. I want a peace deal, but not at any cost. I believe in the Jewish right to their homeland. I am not a fantastic scholar but can hold my own. I believe that the Jewish people cannot get out of this trouble by baking challah for their neighbors and smiling, but it certainly does not hurt. However, that did not save my family in WW2. On both sides there were very few survivors of my family, who were exiled in Eastern Europe. If anyone shows any interest I am happy to do an ask me anything kind of thread?
