I don’t see much up for debate on what happened that day
In a democracy that is your call. Others disagree. There where lots of threads here at the time, the whole topic looks like a sore spot on the ignorance front. As a US site, it fits with US policy.

I have no doubt some of them are pro Hamas. But I think it’s hyperbolic to say any critical opinion of Israel’s action is pro hamas.
That would be like saying everyone who is pro Israel is anti free speech because of the antisemitism bill.
Not everything can be spoken in absolutes, and I’d go further to say few things in politics or geopolitics can be.
This just feels like the constant “if you’re not with _____, you’re a Nazi”. You can replace Nazi with any of the buzzword du jour.

These protesters are saying what they are saying. Should we not believe them because of hurt feelz?

Some of them are disgusting and we should take them at face value for what they say.
But are the Jewish protesters pro hamas? Or are they being critical of a government they might be citizens of?
We’re anti Iraq protesters pro terrorist? Some of them probably were. But not all of them.

I am not into wasting my time on deleted threads here. Sounds like Tick Toc has a more balanced view being based in China and with some US politicians trying to ban it. Telegram also done well on the censorship front during covid. Sure there are other places if you look.

Apologists for HAMAS and supporters of October 7th and those calling for more are no better than the terrorist scum that they support.
Scum.
There. I have exercised my right to free speech.
Anyone got a problem with that?
