If what this Michael Anderson says is true let it take it's course. BUT. If he really is a professional #poster and it's false the whole weight of the law should drop on him and he should go down for a couple of years because the result from this "prank" can be very expensive and far reaching. I didn’t create this story.

You guys have been reporting on fake news about Trump daily for almost 10 years now.

If it’s fake, we are allowed a couple hundred mulligans after the thousands of fake stories about Trump.

May I ask where you get from the doc that it states Trump was not allowed to defend himself?

It clearly states they cannot infer anything unfavorable by him not testifying. The next section clearly explains that the defendant is not required to prove he is not guilty, or prove or disprove anything. It is the burden of the prosecution to prove the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

What's wrong with that? Isn't that the norm? The defense has to provide evidence that will rebut the prosecution so that in deliberations they determine the prosecution did not prove the crime beyond a reasonable doubt.

Personally the instructions are very clear throughout, stress things like not letting personal bias be a factor, that the defendant is presumed innocent, how to factor in credibility of witnesses, what is evidence, how to evaluate evidence, what to disregard, such as stricken testimony, etc.

Not sure how you could read the whole thing and think there was something there to set up Trump.
