My god, you guys really fell for some professional troll?



He didn't have an "IN", he doesn't have a cousin who was a juror -- he's just an internet troll.

And the court has been notified and Judge Merchan sent letters to both lead attorneys to warn them of some troll and what happened.

But no one is taking it seriously outside of MAGAmedia.

What is scary is how much power the far left has over media, government, and courts.

Any real liberal worth their salts would be protesting so much power conglomerated in the hands of an authoritarian regime.

I don't want a mistrial. That's like winning the game on a technicality.

I want the U.S. Supreme Court to rule that Hochul, Letitia, Bragg and Merchan are dumbasses who illegally changed a misdemeanor to a felony, which means the case never happened, so neither did the conviction.

Furthermore, Hochul, Letitia, Bragg and Merchan are eligible for whatever wrath the Trump administration chooses to (legally) administer in 2025.

I must confess I'm curious if this ruling is overturned will Trump sue for wrongful prosecution. If this is overturned that puts not only new york but the judge and prosecutors into financial jeopardy.

This is why I don't think the appeals court in New York will overturn the verdict it's not in their best intrest from a liability stand point. He would have to take it to Supreme Court after his appeals fail but the catch is the law suits would disappear as New Yorks lawyers would argue it was legal under New York law at the time.

This is exactly why it should be overturned. If there are no penalties for this behavior it will happen again. We see it time and time again, when you take away the penalty, the crimes run rampant. If someone forced the prosecutions hand in filing and proceding with these charges, they should be exposed as well.

With all the political pressure that has gone into this case so far, don't see them wanting to give up too easy. If the Dems can steal another election, Merchan's career looks bright.

Trump is prepared to go to jail if that is what it takes. Will the big money behind the RNC push for one like Nicky Hailey? Will it fracture the Republic party to help Biden get over the line again?

Yes , I can see your train of thought there but the Legal and Economic Ramifications to the State of New York and it's Judicial Reputation is also at stake here . Either way the NY Appeals Court Rules will have Dire Consequences to the State .
It will be Very Interesting to see how they handle that , eh ? ............


On a Side Note , there is a Legal Avenue for this Case to bypass the NY Appelate Court and then be taken up by the SCOTUS Directly on the Grounds that this Trial Involves Constitutional Issues that come Solely under the Jurisdiction of the Federal Courts .

Hey , if the Guy is Reelected and Lowers my Taxes and Cost of Living , I don't give a Damn about his Personal Life . This Country Needs Leadership Right Now , and Mr. Trump is Qualified for that IMO .
