Apparent juror misconduct in Trump’s NY trial for talking about the verdict with family ahead of time.

“Today, the Court became aware of a comment that was posted on the Unified Court System's public Facebook page and which I now bring to your attention. In the comment, the user, ‘Michael Anderson,’ states:

“My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted! Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!!’"

The post came a day before Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

Stupid Liberals couldn’t keep their orgasmic euphoria contained.

I think this is their out...

He was guilty, but a juror screwed up...so mistrial.

They can still say he is a convicted felon, but used jury misconduct to avoid punishment.

Just trying to appear impartial.

I am not an “Cracker Jack lawyer” but I think the only way it could go is a mistrial.

I have a deep understanding of how the communist mind works since 12 years ago I began spouting off about where we find ourselves today. And depending on where this appealed, the judge there will kick it back to the kangaroo judge.

The kangaroo judge will declare a miistrial on only ONE count, leaving the others in place.

Well, yeah it was leaked but the jury had gone home for the day.
They didn't intend to commit a crime.
Doesn't matter, he's still guilty.

Some of the jurors allegedly saying they were going to convict Trump long before the deliberation and telling others outside the court.

I’m no legal expert but sounds bad to me.

They made a similar post on May 20th saying Trump would be convicted the next day.

They just made a post saying it was all #posting.

The Trump defense team should know the juror's names and should be able to tell if he/she is related to the poster.

I guess it's a good thing Merchan scheduled a hearing to get to the bottom of things.

Juan Merchan knows this case wont survive a honest appeal. They got what they wanted with the Trump is a felon headline. Is Merchan going to go down for this and tarnish his judicial reputation with such a high profile case as it does go through the appeal process? Or is he looking for some way out to protect his reputation and blame some minor jury procedure?

This sounds totally legit to me… lol
