If it came out during appeal that Merchan was made aware of the post and didn't notify all parties, that could be cause for a mistrial.

All Merchan is doing is making sure everything is above board.

Yes, it is linked in my post also.

Moderator just bypassed this in their comment all together.

I posted complete chain of custody to court document which references the exact location of the Facebook post by "cousin" (real or fictitious is unknown) of supposed juror.

I’m sure trumps lawyers will chase down if this is real individual.

Not sure what to do with moderator acting like that.

There are some community notes suggested currently (why they chose me to be community note mod I have no idea) which suggest this is a "#-poster" their words not mine.

Time will tell.

You mean the judge who blocked key witnesses and evidence from the defense...the same one who allowed the prosecution to put forth anything the wanted no matter how irrelevant or prejudical it was...that same guy who donated to the dems and whos daughter has been making millions off donations for political opponents of trump.

Technically DJT has been Deemed a Felon by the MSM only as the judge has not officially entered any verdict into record (not tht it won't happen - just that it isn't official in any sense of imagination) - which he can vacate as an acquittal regardless of what the Jury said. He’s a Liberal, Liberals are not that bright.

Of course you would jump up and say it’s not true and maybe it’s not.

But if the situation was reversed, you guys would be howling day and night.

I remember the days when candidates for president would just say what good they will do for the country. Very little name calling and thrashing at the other candidate. So much negativity in politics these days, we need to dump all these kind of people from being elected to high government positions.

I much better liked the campaign promises they made that they could never keep.

Give it a day or two and we'll know whether or not the juror and the poster are connected.

Until then...it's interesting this story dropped on a Friday evening.
