No I didn't believe Jones and I also believed he was being Slanderous and libel.

Your ignorance perfectly demonstrated yet again.

I thank you

I'm sooooo glad you feel good by insulting my opinion here. Maybe look up the Nepoleon complex, it may help in the short turn coping.

I may just do that.

For now, I'm rather proud and thankful for your participation.

It was better than I could have imagined.

Most would agree, however you are failing to address the issue, either wilfully or because you don't really have the capacity to understand it.

The issue is the size of the judgement and the way the proceedings were carried out.
Start with tackling the former.
Do you think that a $1.5bn judgement is reasonable and if so why?

Yep, because I too see the ignorance of some members here. You know what they say about pride? That fall could be good for you

Interesting timing to bring up that quote ...

You've asked a question instead of trying to insult me.
No, I don't think $1.5 billion is reasonable. It was way to much.
I do think he should have been made to publish an apology and had a header of it remain on his website for a period of time.

Edited to add.
I think the amount is crazy but it should impact the amount of money he made from his sites.

Then we generally agree.
That , however, does move the discussion forward to WHY such a large judgement was made.
The answer to that actually gets to the real issue at hand.
Have you thought about why?

I think he was made an example of by the Jury.
There's been many cases both sides of the pond on libel issues, we've recently had the Harry case here and in the past after all the 70s 'stars' being found to be kiddie fiddlers, the police, BBC and the papers tried to include Cliff Richard on that list and even though I can't stand him and thought his career was over he still sued them for slander/libel and damage to his 'career',winning a million ( I thought he was a dead and only dug up for wimbledon?!).
Proving damage in a montery value for slander/libel isn't easy, but in the Jones case it was the Jury who made that decission and Jones didn't help himself in court.

Can you give me a number? How many? I can tell you that the current estimated worldwide death toll from disease stands at 14 million.

I have heard of 35 Million dead all around the world from the vax since it started with the level of excess death going on.

Until the vax is proven safe, I will continue to assume that it is responsible, at least in part. With all the data obfuscation and pushing the onus to to prove it is not safe going on is the same slimy corporate tricks things like asbestos use.

Can you post a link to where that number came from?

Our NZ health department has been fairly open about it from the start. Adverse reactions are monitored through CARM.

Here in New Zealand, there have been 185 deaths listed in the adverse reactions database out of 13,272,440 doses administered (as at 12 June 2024). This represents a 0.00139 % mortality rate.

Interestingly, 194 of those deaths were subsequent to the original formulation of Comirnaty, but only 1 was listed in the BA 4-5 Comirnaty data.

Other anti-covid immunization data are available to search, but Comirnaty and its re-formulations were the only immunization approved for use against COVID-19 in New Zealand.

Except for when Barry Young looks at the death rate in relation to the vaccination rollout. The Australian government is being just as obtuse. If I find another link to the world excess death mortality data, I will post it on a covid thread.

Exactly. A 'million' is like a hand grenade. A Billion is like a dozen thermonuclear warheads (all with (10) MIRV's)!!

A 'million' is probably survivable for Jones. A Billion wipes out all of humanity (including Jones).

And that is what this really is too. It's not an attack on Alex Jones...it's an attack on AMERICA as a whole!

Why can't people see this???????

Barry young released information that directly identified private individuals, and specifically medical caregivers.

He attributed all deaths, for all reasons, to the immunization, without regard to regional mortality prior to the immunizations becoming available.

For instance he identified a high death rate in one particular location without revealing that there was a large regional hospice care facility located there with all of its patients suffering terminal illnesses.

He also attributed every death to the immunization without reference to the recorded cause of death.

He was not prosecuted for misinformation, but for releasing personally identifying information.

The claim from Liz Gunn, allegedly drawn from the data Barry Young leaked, was that 20% of New Zealanders that had been immunized against COVID-19 had died. In fact, simple math shows that could not be possible.

At the time, more than 4 million New Zealanders had received both doses. 20% of that would have been 800,000 deaths. However between 2020 and 2023, a total of only about 125,000 New Zealanders had died from any cause.

There is a spreadsheet available on this web page that will allow you to verify:

Monthly death registrations by ethnicity, age, and sex: January 2010–June 2023

At the time of Barry Young's arrest, only 4 deaths in New Zealand had been attributable to the immunizations.

The statistics record no further 'deaths attributable to the immunizations' over the 2023-2024 period.

Only one mortality after the introduction of BA 4-5 immunizations, is registered in the CARM database of adverse reactions and as I understand it, that death has been ruled out as being caused by the immunization.

Yes , and the Effect it has Personally on Mr. Alex Jones as well . A Voice to be Silenced by TPTB that Conflicts with their Own Distorted " World View " . It is Also an Egotistically Show of Power Over Others that should Concern All of Us who can see this as a Direct Threat to Free Expression of Thought in this Country . What MAN or MEN think they have a " Right " to such a Power ?

Because free speech is one of the founding principles of the United States of America.

1.5 BILLION dollars for asking questions is the death of free speech and the end of freedom.

If you're too afraid to ask questions then the gang that runs the show can get away with whatever they want.
