You don't see that noone has been convicted in this way ever before? They used a nonexistent crime as evidence to charge another crime.
A coverup of a crime that hasn't even been charged is ridiculous.
To continue with your murder comparison, can you convict a person of lying about not committing a murder if they have not committed that murder and have not even been charged with murder?
Are you saying Cohen lied and Trump really had no idea his money was being used to cover up a scandal prior to his campaign, which is illegal in New York? Because that's the issue. If Cohen lied, prove it. Appellate court exists for a reason.
But if he didn't....
From what I understand, the payment of the 'hush money' was made long before Trump ever considered running for president and without his involvement. I do not understand how it is relivent to his presidential campaign.
The same year he was elected was "long before" he ever considered campaigning for office? π€

Speaking of being in a cult...
Look into a mirror.
If Morgan Freeman runs for president, I'm quitting my job and campaigning.
The truth is that you're going to vote for a felon, and he'll lose.

LOL! I'm sorry but that argument is ridiculous.
Why in the world do you think Trump is taking one for all of you. That if they can go after him, you're next? It's laughable.
Trump doesn't need to come between me and the government. Why? I pay my taxes. I'm not a criminal.
So no. Some of us actually don't get up every day expecting the government to take us away. Didn't we take that a bit far with Obama when he was supposed to declare martial law, take everyone's guns, and put you all in FEMA camps. Oh how soon we forget. NOT ME.
Live your lives people. And realize, it is YOU who is making your life miserable. YOUR PERSPECTIVE IS THE PROBLEM.
Oh and your stubborn willingness to believe EVERY SINGLE PERSON is corrupt EXCEPT Trump! Hahahahahah! What in the world?

It's been explained to you multiple times over the course of this trial. It's not my fault you don't understand. I'm done banging my head against the wall.
no, it has not. It's not been explained one #ing time.
You explain it, or at the very least, admit you don't know either. It's a really simple question, what records did he falsify? There was evidence that showed this according to you, what was it?
If you don't know, just say that. Pretending to know makes you look like an idiot.

Hi. I'm here to attempt a little of this excoriation that you say you are expecting for speaking your mind, ok?
First though, let's take a peek at what Webster's has to say about excoriation. They define it as ''to censure scathingly''.
That makes sense to me as that is the definition I have always attributed to the word though I suppose you must have a different definition in mind. After all you HAVE been here for at least a couple of weeks and for one reason or another come to these forums for a purpose, right? Having seen your posts before I can see that you pretty much are in line with a majority of political positions as well as out right opinions that fill these political forums day in and day out. Right?
I also notice that at the time of this typing, only one member has, it seems, made an attempt to offer a reply that varies with not only your OP but the general course of the thread. So, at least so far, your expectations have been totally incorrect. I wonder why this is.
Could it be that you have missed the general tone of the majority of posters on these forums? I seriously doubt that, no one could be that dumb. So it must be something else. Maybe it is that you share this martyr complex that Trump has been pushing for so long, this idea that he, and all his followers are victims and none of the problems this nation faces are their faults at all. Yeah, that might explain your expectations of censure ship on a Pro Trump website. It fits right in.
That aside though, I agree with you that Trump does have flaws and faults, though I think that we might appreciate the severity of those shortcomings of his to a wildly varying degree. As for the, what did you call it, ''weaponized judicial system'' (isn't that what Trump calls it ?) I think that Boomer addressed that pretty well, it was law enforcing law whether or not criminals like it or not.
So I hope that this hasn't been to ''scathing'' for your persecution complex to handle and who knows, this post may even make it past the, oh, dare I say it, censors?
