No Fine as monies were already paid.

This is what I think will happen. It is about embarrassment.

I am amazed. Is it really necessary for a Russian to explain to an American all the intricacies of the legal system in the United States?

It seems like he did bad things, so I don't see the problem with the court ruling.

I don't know how he was able to get away with the charge of insurrecction. It seems that the encounter with the company lady was more important than the assault on the Capitol.

I'm sure if he goes to prison he will have television, telephone and stuff.

He's going to put Trump in prison.

If he gets jail time, 6-12 months pending appeal. I think a suspended sentence is going to be more likely.

I just hope he isn't president from a cell. Can anyone imagine the US invasion of The Hague directed from a cell? It would certainly be a good script for a movie, Leslie Nielsen would play Trump very well.

I’m not sure how long the sentencing and appeal process takes, but I feel like that won’t be done before the election.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 11th.

Trump’s team can request that any sentencing be suspended until an appeal is complete, but that is the discretion of the court. Judging by its political nature thus far, your prediction doesn’t look to promising.

This is just oil on a fire IMO and a horrible move.
