Stupid people don't learn from history, so here we are.

I disagree Little Sister.

Very evil people HAVE learned from history and are deliberately repeating it.

That would be Trump and his MAGA following sir

Those who refuse to get that concept may be POST BANNED!!!

These rules apply to all threads and if you want to engage in personal attacks there are other sites on the Internet where you can do that. Our goal is for ATS to be above that. For members here to post like mature adults.

Those who read and understand history knows what's next.

Yeah, the butthurt will whine, but almost everyone else will forget. Those who remember will say "I always knew he was dodgy".

Just like with Nixon.

You never fail to expose yourself.

Just a helpful tip, when the tides turn, it's always the gov't lackeys like yourself who get the brunt of the regime they supported.

Well, you suggested history held the answer. I just provided a specific, and I believe pertinent, example.

Anyone who goes rogue and violent over a criminal's conviction, is themselves guilty of crime.

I'll comment again, instead of editing.

I have no feelings, I'm in shock. He is now a convicted felon. The jury his own lawyers picked returned a unanimous verdict on ALL counts on the second day of deliberations.

It was possible to see it coming.

His lawyers put on no defense, calling only two witnesses (one was a clerk), and they didn't really attack any of the 34 points in the indictment (and Trump himself seems to think it was about the sex... not about misuse of funds and then lying about it in business records in a state that takes business fraud very seriously.)

I've been watching lawyers on YouTube and these were the points they were making.

That would be for the jury and a criminal court of law to decide,

No. It has to be established on a statue or law that can be cited. What law allows a legal fee listed as a legal fee if it was in error is a misdemeanor to become a felony. Charges a based on violations of law that can be cited.

which then have unanimously on all counts.

To find Trump guilty of felony-level falsification of business documents, the jury must unanimously find that Trump falsified the documents in order to commit or conceal a separate crime. But the jurors do not all have to agree on what that separate crime was, Justice Juan Merchan ruled.

www.politico.com...

So. How by law did reporting legal fees as legal fees lawfully become a felony.

So you think Joe will get a second term.

Good to know.

Only be far worse and more disturbing if you watch FOX and NEWSMAX.
I don’t and thanks.

I live in the real world and get all my news from here.

Side note. When he wins on appeal and crushes Biden in the election it’ll be funny.

Not so much when 4 AM hits and Biden miraculously receives 623M more votes.

His lawyers put on no defense,

They broke both of the states witnesses. Exposed them as liars and thieves. This is not subjective.

calling only two witnesses (one was a clerk),

The judge denied the FEC witness but insisted that the jury could use an FEC crime as their subsequent charge.

they didn't really attack any of the 34 points

See the first point.
