Well, it looks like the Dems may be scared as it looks like a new/rehashed scandal of "Donald Trump said the n'word" is back.

Linkk

guess they did not like those visits in NYC?

For the love of all that is holy.......

You are adding things in that are not present. You are injecting the statement that Trump believes Mother Teresa couldn't beat the charges BECAUSE OF THE EVIDENCE. That isn't what was said and there's absolutely nothing to infer that from. That is an addition being made entirely by you. It isn't that the evidence is so compelling that even Mother Teresa would be convicted because of it. It is that the trial is so corrupted that even Mother Teresa couldn't get a not guilty verdict.

I wonder if going to a non-partisan election of all judges is the way to go. That being said, I dont think we could ever get away from some sort of political biases.

It's all good. The Hodgetwins gave him the N word pass.

Although whoever kept this media from getting out is an absolute legend.

...if true.

It's not that the bias exists. That would be a fruitless endeavor.

It's the ability to put the Constitution and nation above your bias.

In many places there are. Many city councils are like this also but it is usually pretty easy now who the fringe judges are.

Bottom line, according to that quote, Donald Trump thinks he's going to lose. So when people argue that the prosecution didn't prove their case, I just cite Donald Trump's own words.

Personally, I have no faith in the jury to make an unanious decision. I'd be really surprised if they do. Either way, it's 6 this way, a half a dozen the other way, as far as how it's going to effect the presidential election, in my opinion.

This goes back to an NDA from the days of the Apprentice. They same story that has been leaked or discussed in the past is now I believe to be in a book.

So is a constitutionalist artificial intelligence the way forward?

Yeah.

I responded to another post with the prospective of an constitutional and legal Artificial Intelligence judge. Theoretically that could eliminate human biases assuming you give it pure material to learn from.

. I just wanted to remind them that Donald Trump seems to think that the prosecution made their case.

He never said anything like that at all.

Donald Trump declared that Mother Teressa couldn't beat these charges.

.... because the case and the court is so corrupt. THAT"s why she couldn't beat the charges. He's saying that even someone totally innocent as Mother Teresa would falsely be found guilty because of the corruption in NYC.

originally posted by: Sookiechacha
The only reason Mother Teressa wouldn't be able to beat them is if the jury believed that the charges were proven to be true,...

No. The reason would be because the jury was BIASED and so is the judge. The ONLY reason Mother Teresa wouldn't be able to beat them is because of the CORRUPTION ... not because anything was proven.

Comeon .... even you can't be so thick as to think Donald Trump said that the case was proven.

So how can we ever expect a judge or jury of our peers not to involve their individual biases?

What difference does it make whether Trump thinks he's going to lose, because the "rigged" charges are easy to prove, because they're rigged, or he's going to lose because the judge, the prosecution and the jury are all corrupt? The jury still has to justify its guilty verdict using the evidence presented. Do you guys get that? If Trump is convicted, it will be because of the evidence presented.

For people with morals and integrity, an oath that you swear to is binding.

People with an agenda, not so much.

So we have to proceed and accept a process in which individual biases may impact the handling and outcome of a trial?

Donald Trumps own words do NOT say that the prosecution proved their case. Donald Trumps own words are that the jury is so biased and the judge is so biased that the only outcome that can happen is a 'guilty' verdict. BECAUSE OF CORRUPTION AND BIAS.

Oh, Dear.
If you are not trolling, and actually believe what you are saying, that Trump believes Mother Theresa couldn't beat the charges, because they have been PROVEN??

Nobody here should be arguing with you.
You have bigger problems.

On topic, do we think it will be today?
