I always enjoy when you double down on the factual evidence against your opinions.

It's like a snapshot into the current day mental health crisis.

I will accept the jury's verdict, regardless.

Even if the jury's verdict is based upon the direction of a irreparably conflicted and biased judge?

Should registered republicans only be judged by other republicans?

The Judge donated to an organization called 'STOP TRUMP'.
His daughter is making millions working to elect democrats.

If a republican judge in a trial against a democrat had that amount of confliction and wouldn't recuse themselves, I'd feel the same way.

I'm hearing rumors that Merchan's daughter is getting donators seats in the courtroom....

The trial is a politically-motivated s#it circus.

While I'm noticing things that aren't addressed, can we add that no one is claiming that this isn't politically motivated?

Because he would be talking about something the judge felt was irrelevant however the prosecution are basing all of their arguments on election interference.

I would call it judicial interference. They did not allow someone for the defense to testify who could have an impact on the Prosecution.

Arn't the charges falsifying business records, concealing crimes, etc.?

Sorta. But election fraud / illegal campaign contributions is being used to take it up a notch to a felony? 34 counts of a felony?

So there is still the matter at hand of whether or not Trump is guilty of falsifying business records and and tried to conceal other actions correct? If so, how would someone from the FEC be able to testify to that?

Did the defense file a motion to disqualify the judge?

In at least TWO separate court filings (June '23 and April '24).

I posted a reference to Trump's quote about how Mother Teressa wouldn't even be able to beat these charges, in response to a persistent theme that the prosecution had no case, or that no one knew what the crime is.

Too me, those people were demonstrating TDS. I just wanted to remind them that Donald Trump seems to think that the prosecution made their case.

I'm not invested in, nor am I thinking that the outcome of this case will change anything regarding the upcoming election.
AND... that there's no way in hell that Donald Trump will ever sit in a prison cell.

You still wanna argue with me? Have at it!

You ignored it once before, and still seem to think what you are claiming Trump said is what he really said.

Here is what was actually said by Trump, so you can get your facts straight;

"Mother Teresa could not beat these charges. These charges are rigged. The whole thing is rigged. The whole country's a mess between the borders and fake elections and you have a trial like this..."

ok, explain what he "cooked". Explain it like you understand it.

I already told you that I'm not going to argue the evidence, that was presented at trial and on which the jury currently deliberating. I'm not going to relitigate the evidence with you.

Again, Donald Trump made the claim that even Mother Terressa would be found guilty. So, he thinks the evidence is compelling.

But hey, hope springs eternal! There's a good chance that there's someone just like you one the jury!

so you are trolling and factually ignorant. Noted. Expected. Typical.

Both times, Merchan refused to recuse himself...and the NY Appellate Division upheld his decision.

Whatever, you're invested in this case, while I'm not.

This case isn't going to change anything. And, even if Trump is found guilty, he will appeal, and it'll drag on for years. There is absolutely no F*ing way that Donald Trump will be sentenced to a prison cell. Even Ferdinand Marcos didn't go to prison, the USA put him up in Hawaii.

Now, the RICO case and the Classified Documents case, those I'm interested in.

Yes, and we all know that. The goal here is to allow Biden to campaign that he's going against a convicted felon. That is the only goal. And in the future, it will likely be found that all involved gave "in kind" campaign contibutions to Biden that far exceed the allowed ammount. Which is again, comical as that's (possibly) what this case is about, although nobody has been able to explain it yet, you included.

Again. Donald Trump declared that Mother Teressa couldn't beat these charges. Yet here you are, trying to challenge me, because of my post citing Donald Trump's view, wanting ME to relitigate and defend the evidence that Donald Trump is convinced would convict Mother Teressa.

I'm not going to do it. Me thinks you're the troll.

He was going to testify that Trump paying for an NDA wasn't a campaign contribution, which would end the trial on the spot. As I said, the goal isn't to jail Trump, or even keep a guilty conviction, only to have the tagline of "convicted felon" to beat Trump with. Like calling him a rapist when the "rape is sexy" lady sued him for her fantasy. Sadly, that one backfired as well, and now George Stephanopolis is going to be sued and found guilty of defamation by Trump. Which is ironic in an ironic way.

If it was a misdemeanor, it would be past the statute of limitations. But Braggs is charging Trump with felony charges, so it's not.
