I always enjoy when you double down on the factual evidence against your opinions.
It's like a snapshot into the current day mental health crisis.
I will accept the jury's verdict, regardless.
Even if the jury's verdict is based upon the direction of a irreparably conflicted and biased judge?
Should registered republicans only be judged by other republicans?
The Judge donated to an organization called 'STOP TRUMP'.
His daughter is making millions working to elect democrats.
If a republican judge in a trial against a democrat had that amount of confliction and wouldn't recuse themselves, I'd feel the same way.
Did the defense file a motion to disqualify the judge?
In at least TWO separate court filings (June '23 and April '24).
And I believe the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct rejected them correct?
Both times, Merchan refused to recuse himself...and the NY Appellate Division upheld his decision.
So i guess there was not enough of a basis to disqualify him then correct?
It means they are simpatico with Merchan and his agenda.

Except the statue of limitations has expired for that crime.
That is one area I am very unsure of. I am not familiar enough with the latest justification.
If it was a misdemeanor, it would be past the statute of limitations. But Braggs is charging Trump with felony charges, so it's not.

so you are trolling and factually ignorant. Noted. Expected. Typical.
Again. Donald Trump declared that Mother Teressa couldn't beat these charges. Yet here you are, trying to challenge me, because of my post citing Donald Trump's view, wanting ME to relitigate and defend the evidence that Donald Trump is convinced would convict Mother Teressa.
I'm not going to do it. Me thinks you're the troll.

Too me, those people were demonstrating TDS. I just wanted to remind them that Donald Trump seems to think that the prosecution made their case.

But the New York state commission on judicial conduct has not revealed who lodged the complaint against Merchan that stems from a $35 donation to the Democratic group ActBlue that included $15 earmarked for Biden for President and $10 each to Progressive Turnout Project and Stop Republicans.

Say your name is 'BOB' and you are being tried by a judge who financially supports an organization called 'STOP Guys Named BOB'.
Would you consider that grounds for the judge's recusal?
That is not what Donald Trump thinks or has said at all.
“Mother Teresa could not beat these charges,” Trump said to a gaggle of reporters in the hallway. “These charges are rigged. The whole thing is rigged.”

It doesn't matter if he thinks the charges are rigged. He said Mother Teressa couldn't beat them. Why? Because the rigged charges have been proven!
Two major Democratic clients of the daughter of the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s hush-money trial have raised at least $93 million in campaign donations — and used the case in their solicitation emails — raising renewed concerns that the jurist has a major conflict of interest.
The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is president of Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago-based progressive political consulting firm whose top clients include Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who was the lead prosecutor in Trump’s first impeachment trial, and the Senate Majority PAC, a major party fundraiser.
Loren Merchan — who worked for Vice President Kamala Harris’ 2020 presidential campaign as “director of digital persuasion” — has said her father detests politicians using Twitter, an apparent reference to Trump.

Do I see a breakthrough in that post?
You are finally admitting that it’s rigged against Trump.

Phffft! NO I'm quoting Trump. Trump said that Mother Teressa couldn't beat the charges. It doesn't matter that he thinks the charges are rigged. The only reason Mother Teressa wouldn't be able to beat them is if the jury believed that the charges were proven to be true, regardless of whether or not Trump thought the charges were rigged.

It is very clear that Donald Trump thinks the judge and DA have staked the deck against him; and that any innocent person would be found guilty with this corrupt judge and DA.
Trump can certainly be wrong ....
But your subjectivity is clearly clouded if you think Donald Trump thinks the prosecutors made their case. Nothing Trump has said or has done suggestes he thinks they made their case.
