I guess if I was Trump and had that gut feeling of Cohen going Rouge I would have sued him for numerous things and made him incapable of pursuing any kind of legal action against me. I'm not Trump though and I think he often used to think with a different body part.

Seriously? It's like you guys think that trump knows every move that everyone that works for him makes...lol
Trump has over 22,000 employees. How vapid does one have to be to think that trump knew everything that was going on?

Personal Lawyer.

So he thiught...Trump clowned him all of the time. Cohen had and still has a hugely overinflated sense of self worth. Trump had many "personal" lawyers.

And at the end — we’ll know who won the “clown act” of throwing the other under the bus.

Doubtful, Cohen is most likely headed back to prison for the grand larceny and perjury committed during this trial.
Cohen is a piece of trash.

Uh huh

You honestly think he blurted out something the FBI/DOJ doesn’t already know.

Nope..but they have a habit of hiding things that may benefit them on their orders from Bidens handlers and the DOJ.

Now it has been televised for the whole world to see. I'm sure when Trump gets into office he will have this looked into.

Why is there a trial?

Biden couldn't win so he has to interfere with the election and try to punish a political opponent.

You would like it to be that.

Just like you would like Biden's election to be a "steal".

Biden can't run on anything other than Trump bad.

That's a fact.

And I -- like so many others voted for Biden just because Trump bad.

Cohen got trapped into admitting he stole money from Trump.

lol, “trapped”?

He literally write about it in his book.

as if stealing $60,000 isn't realy a crime if you take it from Trump, amirite.

Everyone loves a redemption comeback story.

The problem with Cohen’s is that he continues to lie in court.
Shows he hasn’t learned a thing and is in no way a redeemed nor reformed citizen.
He’s the same crooked punk and I feel sorry for his kids, not him.

Trump picks his employees carefully.

and the idiot left picks their heroes carefully. Michael Avanati says to say hello.

Just my opinion Lazy88.

It's the courts and juries Trump needs to worry about.

And you need to worry about the appeal process.

And the weak testimony from proven liars.

Any evidence the legal fees were inaccurately entered as legal fees.

How’s Biden going to influence the NY legal system?

Also, why hasn’t Biden had judge Cannon dismissed from the confidential documents case? I mean, if this is all Biden trying to shut down his political opponent.

Biden couldn't influence the local ice cream vendor to give him a chocaltey delight.

Biden is a walking ad for adult diapers and dementia care.

The fact you even had to ask why contradicts your assertion that this is evidence of the crime

Ok, an honest question...

What exactly is the 'crime' he is charged with in this case?

I understand the other cases fairly well, but I have to admit that I really had no interest in this one, and seem to recall an excellent analysis by someone showing that even if Trump did what is being claimed, it simply is not a crime. It might possibly be some kind of campaign violation that would warrant a fine, but is/was not a prosecutable crime.

Just looked it up…

Donald Trump’s 34 criminal charges: A closer look

www.newsnationnow.com...

Charge 1: Trump allegedly caused a false invoice from Michael Cohen in the Trump Organization kept records on Feb. 17, 2014, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust.

Basically milking the account and check and invoice to create the 33 other charges.

Wonder what civil codes they fall under for invoicing legal fees as legal fees with accurate amounts with no intent to embezzle nor to cheat the tax system.

After hearing the Jury Instructions today the chance of a Not Guilty verdict went to zero and a Guilty verdict is now more than likely. A hung Jury is the best President Trump can hope for, but if that happens Bragg can turn right around and begin a new trial the next week and Keep President Trump in that courthouse for another five weeks

If there's a hung jury, this case os done, they'll never try to retry it.

If Trump knew about the payments much later, after he became President, then how is there a recording of Trump talking to Cohen, taken from Cohen's phone, with Trump discussing payment of Karen McDougal, with the recording being made during the campaign for office and before Trump had authorized Cohen to proceed?

Is there a transcript of these recordings, or the recordings themselves, available anywhere?

Yes, explain why.

Here is what we know to be true.

Trump porked a whore. Trump (however it happened) had an NDA with the whore to not talk, and she was paid. So far, none of that is illegal, if it is, you need to explain why. Then we have the lawyer who Trump hired who facilitated the NDA. If he did it on his own, or by direction of Trump is irrelevent, since it's not a crime. He paid his lawyer for the work he did and for other things, and listed them as a leagal expense. I think those are the verifiable facts.

now, explain where the crime is please.

I'm sure the judge will explain it during his repeat of the jury instructions today.

From basket of deplorables to basket of crimes......
