Everyone loves a redemption comeback story.

The problem with Cohen’s is that he continues to lie in court.
Shows he hasn’t learned a thing and is in no way a redeemed nor reformed citizen.
He’s the same crooked punk and I feel sorry for his kids, not him.

Trump picks his employees carefully.

Did he lie in this current NY court case?

I don't think he did.

Did he not recall exact details of every situation? Maybe -- as I think would be most people.

He's now at "Start Go". It's up to him.

I guess if I was Trump and had that gut feeling of Cohen going Rouge I would have sued him for numerous things and made him incapable of pursuing any kind of legal action against me. I'm not Trump though and I think he often used to think with a different body part.

Seriously? It's like you guys think that trump knows every move that everyone that works for him makes...lol
Trump has over 22,000 employees. How vapid does one have to be to think that trump knew everything that was going on?

Personal Lawyer.

So he thiught...Trump clowned him all of the time. Cohen had and still has a hugely overinflated sense of self worth. Trump had many "personal" lawyers.

The girlfriend knew about the wife -- but the wife didn't know about the girlfriend. There were times I had to shove the girlfriend in a closet.

So you were enabling liars and cheats back then too eh? same you do now.

How thrilling.

Doubtful, Cohen is most likely headed back to prison for the grand larceny and perjury committed during this trial.
Cohen is a piece of trash.

So what do all the Tinker Toy Geniuses think the reason is for Merchan holding back the 50 page Jury Instructions from The Jury while they are deliberating? ❗️💥 Why can't they look at them?? Why will they have to keep "asking"???

You’d have to look at NY law, it’d probably give you your answer. There’s certain things he’s obligated to give the jury when requested, then certain things his not allowed to.

That's right. Trump is under New York law now, no getting judges dismissing his cases.

Is that why federal election crimes as well as federal tax crimes are alleged?

(evidence notwithstanding....)

No federal crimes have been alleged in this case. This is a NY State case. The State has no jurisdiction to bring a case based on federal crimes.

Prior to this case being brought under NY State laws, the DOJ under Bill Barr was sitting on the federal version of this case and preventing any federal action on it and also preventing the State of NY from taking action as long as Trump was POTUS. Barr claimed that the feds' interest took precedence over the state. That was to protect Individual 1 from getting any heat. Individual 1 was the person who was implicated as being a co-conspiritor of Cohen when he was being prosecuted in federal court for federal campaign finance violations. We now know that Individual 1, of course, was Donald Trump.

As soon as the Trump administration was over, the DOJ said it had no more interest in the case, which freed up the State of New York to pursue it if they wanted to.

That's how we got to where we are today.

CNN for cripes sake!

CNN or a pundit that was on CNN? Big difference. I highly doubt the network would say there is no case.

You're telling the wrong guy.

Perhaps you should inform Bragg or Colangelo....

As soon as the Trump administration was over, the DOJ said it had no more interest in the case, which freed up the State of New York to pursue it if they wanted to.

Which the state of NY declined...until that DoJ guy Colangelo came to NY.

It's like yall aren't even trying.

But alas, your history here speaks for itself.

He lied about lying about the trump tower in Moscow fiasco and then he lied about not wanting a cabinet position in the Trump administration.
That’s two lies.
There was probably more but that’s all I can remember right now.
I’m sure his podcast is chock full of them doozies.

There’s a word they use for people who never learn from their mistakes or change their bad behavior.

incorrigible

It fits Cohen to a T.

Then the Federal Election Commission passed on the weak case. The same FEC that fined Obama a record $375,000.

Then the Southern District of New York passed on the weak case.

Bragg himself passed on the weak case until it was election time.
Interesting.
The whole case is based on testimony from a disbarred lawyer who went to prison for perjury and fraud.
Only a complete moron political hack, with help from the democrats and Biden administration, would try this case.

Tinker Toy, Tinker Spy. Geniuses are not abundant on this site. Try again.

Geniuses actually are on this site.

I am one.

You are not.

But you keep being you....

The fact you just claimed to be a genius proves your actually far from it… sweety.

To be fair, in the early 1900's, lots of people accused Einstein of being an idiot.

I'm fairly sure that, in the long view of history, they weren't correct.

I think, however, some people are bound to conform to the Dunning-Kreuger effect.
