Voted ReformUK and was proud to do so. So have my entire family
I just voted for Reform, but I'd bet all my money it's a wasted vote.
It's only EVER been a Conservative MP, or an occasional Lib-Dem/Liberal who has represented my constituency.
Now the Conservative vote is split with Reform, I am assuming the Liberal democrat candidate will win.
I wanted the lib-dem guy as MP because he has been a fantastic local councillor, so I'm convinced he'll be a good constituency MP...but I just
couldn't vote for him because his party wants us to go begging our way back into the EU, major red line for me.
So, democratic right fulfilled, I'm more interested now in comparing Reforms national vote share with the lib-dems, then counting the number of
MPs...and wondering if 'first past the post' needs changing to something more representative of national opinion?
