will they get Putin first, or is he not as bad of a war criminal as Bibi is?

Dunno, a war criminal is pretty much a war criminal but maybe they'll get to share a cell so they can swap war criminal stories.

It's interesting that Raping and killing hostages isn't a war crime, but when all you got is a joo hammer, evrerything looks like a joo nail.

It seems they are which is part of the reason the Hamas leader is one of those named , ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan gives a break down of the charges in the video I posted on the previous page.

Ya, well, the selective prosecution enacted by the ICC is a bad look.

In 2010 they opened a “preliminary investigation” regarding this…

Nigeria Genocide Emergency January 2024

Since 2000, 62,000 Christians in Nigeria have been victims of genocide perpetrated by Islamist extremist groups Boko Haram, Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), and organized Fulani jihadists.

www.genocidewatch.com...

Here are their findings…

On 11 December 2020, the Prosecutor announced the completion of her preliminary examination of the situation in Nigeria, having concluded that there was a reasonable basis to believe that war crimes and crimes against humanity were committed. The next step in the judicial process is to request authorisation from the Pre-Trial Chamber to open an investigation into the situation in Nigeria

www.icc-cpi.int...

14 years! Any movement?

The ICC holds no water and is obviously biased in their focus on Israel.

Screw them.

I look forward to US separating its socioeconomics from the affairs of that region and focusing our resources here at home where our tax dollars belong.

ICC have no bite in the real world. Maybe cartoon world will applaude those harsh words.

Karim Khan sounds unbiased. Lol.

I'm normally pro-Israeli, because they have had a history of oppression, it only seems fair, but when they turn around and oppress back, I'll call them on it for what it is.

That's not to say that what Hamas has done has any moral rightness to it either.

No-one seems to be worried about the innocents, Palestinian, Israeli or other ethnicity, that are trapped between the two warring sides of the family.

you would think "the public" would be trained to rant for HAMAS to surrender thus saving countless innocent lives, but they would rather cheer on HAMAS, cry about deaths they give no sh!ts about, and quietly call for the extermination of the Joos. It's trendy.

Everyone who fired a rocket, or pulled a trigger, that killed someone, or that raped, or stabbed someone, should be prosecuted for their crimes and prevented from ever being able to commit them again.

Perhaps it would be justice if the criminals compensated the families of the victims, too.

It is meaningless what flag they did it under.

And yet, that's not what we are hearing. It's all about saving GAZA! cease fire now! why it's not about "HAMAS surrender NOW!" only the thinking man can know.

Most of the people of Gaza are those innocents trapped in the middle.

Hamas won't surrender, they'd be called to account for their crimes.

Israel won't ceasefire. Because they know that Hamas will not stop. And also that their military response, and the driving out of the total population of the region, has activated more of the Hamas-aligned who may otherwise have been non-combatants.

The only hope for peace now is negotiation towards compromise, and I really can't see any moves towards that happening in the short term, or the total annihilation of one side or the other, which does not decriminalize either victor or vanquished and will cause the deaths and injuries of millions.

Both sides are the same family, with common ancestry. The conflict is cultural.

They are both being murderous animals and have been so going way back into history.

Their conflict is an example of how most humans have been, for most of human history.

There are many who propose national pride, ethnic division and aggressive competition as being necessary promoters of human development, but humanity can also move forward in cooperation rather than conflict, and that is ignored far too frequently.

Wars are wasteful and stupid.

Humans have particular and definite material and psychological needs and desires. Wise governance should at a minimum meet those in all people - cooperatively. That still allows for exceptionalism and individualism. Governance has a duty of care to care.

If the conflict is cultural, then it stands to reason that one or both must be removed. In other words, either the territory itself is rendered inhospitable or one nation must be migrated piece meal. There is no compromise because pride is worth more than survival, both nations will easily choose to MAD before they concede.

Full disclosure, I don't care if they take turns wiping each other off the face of the planet. I care about my home, my economy and what kind of values my descendants inherit. Can't rescue castaways in a sinking yacht.

Every war is like that.
That’s why everyone hates war.
This war isn’t anything special.

Some people love war. It is their adventure.

There are people whose only job that they have ever done, is only about warfare.

Thanks for the enlightenment.
Let’s get back to reality where 95% of the planet hates war.
Just like the 95% who either don’t know what the ICC even is and/or don’t care what they say.

That’s nice.

But it doesn’t address my post.

Many on ATS were denying that rape, abuse, and torture were actually committed by Hamas.
Some even had the audacity to argue that October 7 didn’t happen.

Now they are all willing to accept that it did because the ICC says so. Why?

Because they don’t give a crap about their stance.

As. Long. As. Israel. Gets. The. Shaft.

My other post regarding the ICC’s snails pace reacting and “investigating” other genocides supports my point.

Where’s the outrage about that?
