News is breaking that the ICC have applied for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and the leader of Hames.
www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3ggpe3qj6wo

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has applied for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas's leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar for war crimes.

And Justice for all.

Utterly meaningless as anything other than a symbolic gesture. But I guess that's better than nothing.

I'm normally pro-Israeli, because they have had a history of being oppressed, it only seems fair, but when they turn around and oppress others, I'll call them on it for what it is.

That's not to say that what Hamas has done has any moral rightness to it either. Both have stepped way over the line.

No-one seems to be worried about the innocents, Palestinian, Israeli or other ethnicity, that are trapped between the two warring sides of the family.

will they get Putin first, or is he not as bad of a war criminal as Bibi is?

you would think "the public" would be trained to rant for HAMAS to surrender thus saving countless innocent lives, but they would rather cheer on HAMAS, cry about deaths they give no sh!ts about, and quietly call for the extermination of the Joos. It's trendy.

Who?

Tell 'em to honk off.

Neither. Both Israel and Russia don't recognize the authority of the ICJ, so, as I said, this is just a symbolic gesture.

Everyone who fired a rocket, or pulled a trigger, that killed someone, or that raped, or stabbed someone, should be prosecuted for their crimes and prevented from ever being able to commit them again.

Perhaps it would be justice if the criminals compensated the families of the victims, too.

It is meaningless what flag they did it under.

And yet, that's not what we are hearing. It's all about saving GAZA! cease fire now! why it's not about "HAMAS surrender NOW!" only the thinking man can know.

Dunno, a war criminal is pretty much a war criminal but maybe they'll get to share a cell so they can swap war criminal stories.

Once they arrest all the war criminals in the U$A maybe I will take this seriously.

Not bad! Must be quite the experience to find yourself in the same spot with Putin and literal terrorists from Hamas. Time for a quick shopping tour in Italy, it's going to be a lot of Amazon retours from now on...

Nothing pretending to be something is always better than nothing being honest about nothing happening.

Is that like playing the race card? I'm jewish so I'm innocent because my ancestors were horrifically murdered and stuff?

And neither will ever have to answer to this, because nobody cares what The Hague says. What is an International Kangaroo Court?

Hypothetically though...

I feel the IDF escapes war crime charges by virtue of the thousands of lives they attempted to NOT end, but unfortunately were forced to die or wanted to die and be radicalized martyrs. They did SEVERAL things they can prove that war criminals tend not to, like 15 million texts, 12 million phone calls, hundreds of thousands of leaflets, and humanitarian corridors.

Its a statement ruling, and still a very UN-like bias ruling.

I wonder if they include the hospital on that war crime list for Netanyahu?

How many war combatants can shoot a rocket that "misfires" and accidentally hits their own hospital, where they stored those rockets, and still convince the world it was ordered by Netanyahu?

This was the most atrocious of the "Israel" war crimes. Nobody even bothered to think The Palestinian Health Authority was being deceptive. No critical thinking involved, and then death to Israel some more.

They did succeed in making the world a little angrier and more useful to their cause though.

So, when a war starts we now arrest both sides leaders....except of course we praise Ukraines corrupt leaders and thrash at Russian leaders. I think the leaders of the west are going nuts.

Look at all the aide that we are giving Hamas. I think the west is doing that hoping that other countries will send food and medical supplies to our leaders if we get in a world war. What happened to promoting diplomacy, this administration in America kind of sucks. I sure hope Biden doesn't win again, our cat would make a better president than Biden.

There must be a law that was passed that bans normal sane people from running for president.

ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan KC speaks about the reasons for the arrest warrants issued for the parties involved.

The arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant says they bear criminal responsibility for....
Starvation of civilians as a method of warfare.
Wilfully causing causing great suffering , serious injury or death and Intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population , as well as crimes against Humanity , extermination , murder and persecution.

"Those who do not comply with the law should not complain later when my office takes action based on solid evidence , that day has come"

Bibi and Yoav Gallant are in trouble , what a great day.
