Looking at the facts I still have yet to see a single official Russian source claim that so I would say no. Now if you have a quote showing that they claim what you boomed please share.

The original post I replied to was you saying Boom when an Twitter/X User chose hyperbole over fact. That being that Burisma was being blamed by Russia for the attack.

This is stated in a statement sent to the U.S. Attorney General, the German State Prosecutor’s Office, the Prosecutor Generals’ Offices of France, Cyprus and the Russian Federation, as well as the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

The authors of the statement on immediate investigation and prevention of financing of acts of international terrorism include deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Nikolai Kharitonov, Andrey Krasov and Yana Lantratova, Russian scientist and philosopher Alexander Dugin and Ukrainian politician Andrey Derkach.

As part of another secret decision of the HACC, Zlochevsky transferred UAH 660,557,000 (equivalent to $18,063,500) to the same special account of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Drone Army”. Thus, Biden’s partner in the gas production business in Ukraine Nikolai Zlochevsky, while financing terrorist actions of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Defense Ministry and the SBU, actually evaded criminal responsibility for specific facts of embezzlement, money laundering and participation in international corruption.

The authors of the statement emphasize that it describes facts and events that confirm the existence of an organized criminal (terrorist) group that includes top US officials, leaders of the NATO military-political bloc and individual countries that are part of it, Biden’s Ukrainian business partners, Ukraine’s political leadership and employees of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU)."
