I saw that article too. I noticed something about using Heat and Sound Directed Energy Weapons....

If they’re set to subaudible, it can make people go crazy in their head and force them into violence. They call those agitation weapons.

It may have been used to rile the protesters along with the flash bombs and non-lethal pellets shot in their faces. But hey, you saw the pandas too, what makes the news people think anyone cares...unless it is tied to covert messaging like a go command or something. I wonder if they had the panda's on every local news channel here in the states? CNN had it too. Just seems odd, was it panda day?
