Internal conflict most likely, but it doesn't matter because South Korea, like Taiwan, are allies of the US , even if they are just hoping that if the countries that want to take them over, can be deterred by the amount of military power the US has at its disposal, hoping that by being their allies, they will come to their aide.

I get that national security things are national security things and Terry crossed a line. Should she stand tall before the man, sure. But S.K. isn't N.K and S.K. isn't going to go against the US. Even China, who has made a big leap in their power still isn't willing to go against the US.

Heck, even Russia would have to double think it.
