Oh snap. You've been around as long as I have. I was jaymp after this account was banned initially, and shared an account with another member too at the time.

P.S I’m still waiting for someone to guess my original avatar, as a somewhat infrequent poster over the years though, I won’t be holding my breath

I believe it's May 23 at 2300Z that it expires.
That's 6pm CST
We need a 1 month ATS COUNTDOWN CLOCK set up tomorrow.

Mine has already started. That's why I'm sort of back, here and there... I want to see what happens on May 19, one day later.
I'd either like to be here for the end, at a website I called home for nearly two decades... OR... I'd like to get closure if the website stays up, but is all secrecy and dark money, and we don't know who pays for it to keep going.
For me it boils down to this... after decades of knowing who the owners were and interacting with them frequently, it is something that we SHOULD know. I want it. I want transparency.
If it's something I should know, but don't know -- that's all I need to know. The website going on past the end date, paid by dark money will be enough for me to know for sure that there are dark forces behind it. I don't need to know who it is, I just need to know that's the way it is.

I’d just like to add another tidbit, as the timing is a little ironic.
I just received an email from Godaddy for my upcoming domain name yearly dues. I’d post pics but it would dox me.
I have a damn good domain. The better the name, the more they cost. And your cost is always what you bought in at. So very cheap for above topsecret.com back in the 90’s.
However, it’s clever enough that all the yearly dues are is $21.99 for the domain, and $12.99 for extra security.
That’s a grand whopping total of $34.98 for the year. ATS’ should be around the same.
As we already know, the server fees are the bulk of the expense for the site. Those were due - and apparently paid, back in March.
Why would someone let a half million dollar investment+ go away for measly domain fees?
That makes absolutely no sense to me.
Therefore, I’m doubling down on my prediction that it won’t go dark in May — due to domain fees.
That does not mean it will not go down for different reasons. That are due to neglect. SO was clear that his janky coding needed much maintenance.

But who says it will go dark on May?

It’s seems like the older your account, the more street cred you have, the more kudos and respect you get around here.
No wonder new members are always saying they have lurked since way back…
I think you guys must deserve a medal or something. Here you go
