if he had proved fraud, and proved that the election was stolen, and everyone had to accept that was what happened, what would "we" have done? Still accept that Joe Biden was going to be president? I realize this is a hypothetical, but it could explain this aspect of being ready for such an outcome. What do you think was the plan, to kill the other electors and have his fake one's slide into their place and hope nobody noticed?

Yea, alternate electors.

It's a thing. It's a process and it has precedent.

But don't let that stop you from repeatedly taking L's because you continue to follow and believe news that lies to you.

I don't know if you are aware, but you didn't list anything he did or has done that makes him "literally Hitler" other than you not liking his personality, and not understanding Newton's third law.

These people literally make my head spin with their outright insane fantasies.

We’ve never heard any one of them state exactly what policy Trump had that makes them lose their sh!t 24/7/365 like this.

Seriously, how the F do you explain it?

But no problems with the left going socialist?

Both hyperbole. The policies they are gravitating towards.

One in response to the other. Woke pushed too far. Christian values and several issues important the CN's, like school prayer, public displays, heteronormative roles, and other religious motivations are very much BEHIND much of the legislation this year. It's three-hundred christian-lobbied anti-woke bills across all 50 states. Came from religious conviction more than patriotism.

But It's all one in the same. Trump is a reflection of Christian values fighting to stay relevant as rainbow friendly secular humanism tries to rewrite social code.

I'm not going to get bogged down in the subtlety of its manifestation. It's a battling of normative morality. And one pulls us back towards compulsory religion. A modern Temperance revolution seems at hand. And they lead to prohibitions almost always.

I put that on my belief all societies trend left over time. They get more liberated and tolerant, and honestly Socialist. The Galactic Federation of Planets awaits at some point. I'm sure it leftist as all hell.

I think this is trying to delay a natural progression. It goes left on its own with other advancements. Science for one begat the secular mindset that trends society away from being faith driven. Not mutually exclusive. And not all-encompassing, but the Woke is like the secular atheist science minded world trying to replace the parts of Christianity they don't like by concensus.

Much like monotheism replaced polytheism by concensus.

But to answer again. I feel it is rooted deeply in a largely christian fight to keep its social values from being redefined outside their comfort zone.

Hmmm.. there is no allowance for people in Michigan to claim they are "duly elected" when they are not. I've provided you the election law previously that explains how and when they are elected officially, and then there is no allowance to disregard the law and sign their documents in the GOP HQ instead of the state capitol, which again I've provided you previously the law that states this.

Actually Meshawn Maddock one of the fake electors(not alternate) spoke on it the whole way, from the contact from Trump and his team, to when they met, to them attempting to bring the already signed docs to the State Capitol while the real elected electors were fulfilling their legal duty.

What better way to get the news of what's going on then reading the social media of a person involved telling you step by step and sharing emails of what they were doing on behest of the President.

Remember Hawaii had the SOS on board, had not finished a recount, did not hide it publicly.

I'll at least attempt to explain.

When it comes to Trump detractors, they've been told what to think. That Trump is all these things analogous to hitler, stalin or your dictator de jour. Everywhere from NPR, PBS to CNN and MSNBC. Wall to wall and in every search engine's top results. Dictators are bad, Trump dictator so Trump bad. Make sense?

While those who support Trump support him because he in part or in whole already hold various positions, mostly the economy and no wars, which were amplified and Trumps dickish charisma only bolstered that.

Now, when there is a guy in office who is actually doing dictator stuff, like arresting and imprisoning political dissidents, using the weight of the DoJ on his political rival and not to mention dereliction of the Constitution, they are silent. Or worse yet, defend it.

I'm sure there are better and more comprehensive posters here, but this is one morons take.

I didn't see hyperbole from your description of the left going socialist. Marxism has been on the rise for quite awhile now. Yet with the right going Christian Nationalist, I'm actually curious. I mean, who would even be your quintessential person to point at who embodies this? Perhaps Romney or Pence?

Oh, not the news but social media, ok. And by assuming they are already guilty is also a great way to conduct critical analysis and thought......

These jokes do write themselves.

The evidence for the indictment is in the affadavits as well. It does not appear Meshawn lied about what they were doing when she posted and shared. She was proud of it.

I'm not sure what they wouldn't be guilty of. They were not elected, they signed stating they were. They did not convene in the state Capitol,Meshawn's husband uploaded the video of them trying to enter. The fraudulently signed documents were forwarded to Pence and the Archivist.

We do have to wait for the court case, but the laws are clear for the process to be followed. Some have already pled guilty.

I'm not sure how many times it will take to sink in that allegations are not evidence. That by indictments claiming something is a fact does not make it so.

Also, just for mental note, you're telling me that plea deals are solely the result of guilt?

Not endless resources versus limited resources? ( You used to believe that...)

Pence and Romney are fine. Romney scared me a bit in 2012 and I ended up liking Pence. For standing his ground.

I would point to Huckabee's response as the battle call to Christian morality to rise up and support the candidates protecting the sanctity, as she put it, of the American way of life.

I think this is one with the Woke are taking our values comments. Started off fine for the most part, but then it goes off the rails.

I would call that a rise of Nationalist Christian values. Veiled but there.

It may have not have appeared more God than country, but to me it was "sign of things to come". It was really steeped in evangelical belief, and her being chosen to represent the GOP with that was a statement of united conviction in itself.

And then you look at polls like "45% agree with a state church" and you say "Whats that about The Bill of Rights" again?

You're making alot of assumptions here, well ones that if they were measured up to your left being socialist assumptions, there would be a clear greater and less than.

To clarify, does Huckabee-Sanders advocate for her religion and belief be a part of government? While I'll certainly agree that most of the religious have a belief system, advocation for it in gov't does not follow.

Where is this poll of 45% (of who?) agree with a state church?

Wasn't a specific example. This is though:

www.politico.com...

To clarify, this is mindset that piggybacks on Trump.

Even by meaningless declaration it would piss me off. "I'll show you a Christian Nation!" And then I act in direct definance of such a proclamation.

Even in your Politico source it says that 57% of polled Republicans don't agree that "the Constitution would or would not allow the government to declare the U.S. a Christian nation, by party."

It exists, sure but I don't think it's gaining steam. Yet if I'm correct, then do you believe it's a groundswell or a reaction?

Point being that if a position is so bad that Christian Nationalism is on the table, then it's likely a response to what the other team is doing.

Reaction. And a reflection of what's going on..

Prompted by too many woke adds and drag shows. It's gaining steam, and I hope it runs out short of theocratic.

Closing the boarder is not Theocratic. Going after states abortion and LGBT laws are. A national abortion ban at 15 weeks is theocratic. I'm a sellout for compromising on states-rights as it is, but it goes the other way, and I'm pissed.

www.aei.org...

Most Americans support a 15 week abortion ban, but it's existence is always a Christian issue, especially when misunderstood things like "fetal heartbeats" are used. And a national ban, even if 55% agree, is where it gets theocratic.

Because it's applying primarily a theocratic influenced decision to the rights of women across the board. But at least our sports competitions are increasingly free of transathletes. Which is another theocratic driven ideal. That leads the country in inspired laws the past few years.

And that is the fear. After the borders. And the undoing of Joe's EO's, And possibly abolishing pronouns. Comes the the attempted national abortion ban.

Not going to happen, but feared.

It's fear of the capabilities of the pendulum when it swings back.

Scared you in what way? Because of his religion?

There is bigger fish to be worried about with the Liberals then anything to do with Right’s religion.
