First off, what is a BAMN never Trumper? BAMN is By Any Means Necessary. Meaning, there really is no limit to what could be done to remove this guy, as long as he's removed. Rules, laws, justice, is completely secondary to the core goal of removing Trump. Now I can totally see how folks would not like him. it's obvious most of his supporters don't "like" him. They like and support his policies. His personality, well, he's a dick. But so are many politicians, most of them smile and lie good enough that they seem much less dickish.
But once you identify yourself as a BAMN never Trumper, what then? Do you still get to pretend you have a moral compass on other topics? Or do you really need to reconcile the part where you are willing to ignore anything in order to get what you want? LOL, that all kind of depends on your moral compass. (a true conundrum) Keeping in mind this is just an opinion, how would someone with a firm moral compass be OK with using the court system to remove a political opponent? It seems that if that's really the case, the two ideas are in conflict with each other.
If you doubt the part where the court system has been weaponized against Trump, you really haven't been paying attention and have no business pretending to he honorable. 91 charges with 4 different indictments. Hell, NY made a new law just so a woman who claims Trump jumped her and raped her in a department store years ago could sue him, since the statute of limitations was long gone and he needed to be humiliated and bled of his cash BAMN. He's been charged and found guilty of fraud before the trial began, and his fraud was to do business in real estate. To date, Trump is the only person to be charged with this crime in NYC. He had to be done in, BAMN.
But what can you do if you hate Trump with every fiber of your being, you loath him more than you loath death itself. He makes you visible and physically ill just by existing. Do you jump on the "get Trump" bandwagon? If you can disregard what's fair you can. Fair. What would fair look like? Perhaps in the United States of America, it would look like people running political campaigns, sharing their vision for the future, and allowing the voters to decide. Maybe if the people really want the guy you can't stand, then the system we have in place should be what we follow.
Of course this is meant to prove a point. And I am biased in that I am someone who considers himself a conservative, and liked the results of Trump's ideas, but didn't like the personality and the stupid (punching down) he did often. (whomever used that earlier, thanks, it's a great way to describe this). In the future, do those of you who cheer this on, think you will be equally as fine with all this if the tables were turned? If it was a candidate you liked? A party you align with? I sure hope so. Because once something like this happens, it becomes "the new normal". And while it's anything but normal, and anyone with even a shred of dignity and integrity should never be in favor of things like this, it will probably happen again and again. Much like the idea of court packing the SCOTUS. If Biden was to appoint three new judges and bring the total to 12 rather than 9, he will win the battle today. But tomorrow, another battel will happen. And when the opposing side is in power, they will make it 15. And the cycle will continue until the high court is much like a very poorly delivered joke about a dead French leader.
So in conclusion, there are some words of wisdom that have helped guide me through my life, and I'll offer them here for anyone to read.

Yep, he is a threat to THEIR version of democracy, not ours.

amazingly enough, this isn't even about if he's guilty of any crimes. It's about using that aspect of this to deny him the ability to run for office. If that's fair, then I just don't get it and need it explained.

it's troubling to see posters that have showed intelligence in the past, argue from emotion to this level and sound so silly. cheering on totalitarianism just isn't a good look on anyone.

Are you just writing fiction at this point? What version of reality are you living in that any of this makes sense in your head? Seriously it's concerning
