He is in a no win situation. Partly of his own making.
If he slams Trump he’ll lose whatever credibility he has remaining. He would probably just retire in shame and self loathing.
If he rules justly the left will put his head on a pike.
I would guess that if he holds out until Friday it’s looking good for Trump.

Business Insider is saying the ruling will be made next week. If it's being issued in court and not as a filing on the docket, it may be down to having everyone's schedules match up where they can actually appear.

A story I missed yesterday may explain the delay in ruling. Weisselberg is currently in talks with the prosecution to plead guilty to perjury.

Yet they release 4 guys who beat the hell out of 2 NYPD. The NY court system is a joke.

Engoron has sent an email to James' and Trump's teams requesting they respond to the recent news that Weisselberg is currently negotiating a plea deal for perjury.

If it turns out Weisselberg lied on Engoron's stand, it's certainly going to affect the final ruling.

Allen Howard Weisselberg should never have been convicted previously either.

It is the same case. The Manhattan DA is saying that Weisselberg's testimony in Engoron's case does not match the testimony he gave to their investigators under oath.

So, Weisselberg committed perjury in at least one of these cases.

So, it was a senior editor at FORBES who seems to have found this but nowhere does it state what the lie was. Just about how he must have discussed a penthouse at some time during his tenure.

So, since Forbes said MAL is worth 300 million are you sure you want to take their word on this? See how that works. This is from a story dropped while he is testifying...so why did it take so long?

So, he could not value anything but if he talked about something he is perjuring himself.
