Got sloppy and exposed. The only remedy to protect the many we know who also do the same selling out of Americans is to excise the problem(s). And that's what we are seeing.

A current POTUS is being indicted on 90 some charges while the question of "is he even able to be charged" heads to SCOTUS.

They will probably need to issue another subpoena. Unless some major developments happen with the border-Ukraine bill overnight, tomorrow is scheduled to be the House's last day for the year. So there's likely not to be any movement on this until next year.

Fair is whatever the law says. And it needs to be applied equally, or there is no justice.

I am either for both of them getting a pass on charges and agreeing to testify (a little late for Jordan), or they both get charged with the same offenses.

The really bizarre thing here is, the person who could be charged for evading a subpoena, Jim Jordan, is the one issuing subpoenas for others.

This is an example where hypocrisy isn't funny.
