Half are children?
Your claim.
Kindly back that up.
According to the independent Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, which is chaired by US emeritus law professor and former UN special rapporteur on Palestine, Richard Falk, the civilian death toll as of 20 November is 16,413, with nearly 34,000 injured. This would mean one in every 142 Palestinian civilians killed in a month and a half.

The actual crime is Hamas using terror attacks against Israel and cowering behind human shields and refusing to evacuate civilians from neighborhoods and schools Hamas turned into rocket bases, rocket manufacturing, and weapons storage.
Hamas is like a murderous neighbor firing shots into adjacent houses from their daycare. Added. And proclaiming you can stop me because it’s a crime.
The South African government on Monday called on the International Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by mid-December.
Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni said it would signal a "total failure" of global governance if the ICC does not do so.
"The world cannot simply stand by and watch. The global community needs to rise to stop this genocide now," said Ntshavheni.

That's almost 1 in 140 Palestinians that has been killed. Considering a population of around 2.3 million

There are crimes committed by both sides and that's undeniable. But trying to blame only one side shows bias in the argument.

It’s not a war crime for Israel going after legitimate terrorist targets that Hamas shields with humans and refuses to evacuate their civilians from the neighborhoods they tuned into military facilities.

I understand that you are trying to whitewash the crimes committed by Israel but you need to come to terms with reality.

The South African Government speaks about genocide and not just war crimes. I think they know better than you.

I’m not trying to whitewash anything.
It’s a fact Hamas cowers behind human shields.
And we can use al-Ahli Arab Hospital to gauge how and to what extent Hamas will lie and use its own citizens as pawns.
Barcelona City Council Suspends Ties With Israel Over Gaza Slaughter
"It's not a war, it's a genocide," said Councilmember Ada Colau. "We not only need to denounce it, we must act and not stay on the sidelines."
The city council of Barcelona, Spain's second-largest city, voted Friday to suspend relations with Israel's far-right government over what the party behind the move called the "genocide" in Gaza.

If it’s “genocide” by the Israelis, how are people in Gaza allowed to evacuate to the south?

Asked you a question. If Israel was out to “genocide” Gaza, and not just after Hamas terrorists and their assets. Why would the citizens of Gaza be allowed to move or evacuate out of Gaza?

The citizens of Gaza have been forcibly removed which is a war crime by its own. And they have been attacked and killed. Mass murder and ethnic cleansing.
I think you live in an alternate reality
How foolish, it’s just for social credit is all.

The move builds on a growing number of direct actions targeting weapons bound for Israel as its bombardment of Gaza has claimed more than 10,000 lives.
The union representing Barcelona's dockworkers promised Monday not to load or unload military materials onto any ship bound for Israel or another warzone where they could be used against civilians.
In their statement, the Organization of Port Stevedores of Barcelona, OEPB in Catalan, called for a cease-fire in Israel, Palestine, Ukraine, and every other global conflict.
We have decided... not to allow shipping activity in our port that contains military equipment, with the sole purpose of protecting any civilian population in any territory," the union wrote. "No cause justifies sacrificing civilians."
Well done to the dockworkers of Barcelona and their representatives who have argued in favour of a ceasefire not only in Israel-Palestine but everywhere there is a conflict at the moment. Their decision not to load or unload military materials onto any ship bound for Israel or any other warzone is a practise that should be followed imo by all other ports everywhere in the world and shouldn't be viewed only as a symbolic act.
Every day that passes we hear about an increasing number of people all over the world who not only support an immediate ceasefire but also argue that US Arms and Arms supplied by other countries must not be used to slaughter civilians in their thousands. Latest example the mass killings of tens of thousands of innocent civilians by the Israeli Army.
The OEPB has criticised the UN for their inaction and have asked them to do what they suppose to be doing in these cases, such as providing humanitarian aid, protecting human rights, and preserving peace and security globally.
