It has not yet been established that this particular pro-palestine protestor, who may not even be Palestinian, who knows?, was the initial aggressor, that's why I prefer to wait for the police investigation to find out what really happened.

He killed a man, that is the only thing that matters at this point. A criminal is a criminal, no matter his race, religion, height, weight, color, favorite snack.

If it was self defense, that would have been the first thing the guy would be crying to the police. But yet, there is no statement from him, or anyone else, saying it was self defense.
