During the trial, James’ office won’t need to prove the company’s financial statements are false as they seek to hold him and his sons liable for insurance fraud and false business records. But the trial gives them the opportunity to prove other specific claims brought in the lawsuit, which would allow them to seek a larger penalty from the Trump Organization.

If the banks are giving out loans at better rates that the Trump Organization's actual assets dictate they should be getting then the banks are losing millions in interest.

Well you're not going to like this.
You didn't see that, we're the slow kids on the short bus after all. Know thy place and study algebra, peasant!
Is he charged with any of those things?
The judge determined that Mr Trump:
Overvalued Mar-a-Lago by 2,300% in one financial statement
Overvalued his penthouse at Trump Tower in New York by claiming that it was three times its actual size
"Absurdly" argued that calculating the area of the penthouse was subjective, ruling "a discrepancy of this order of magnitude, by a real estate developer sizing up his own living space of decades, can only be considered fraud"

Do you want to explain why the judge is handing out orders like that, or do you want to cash in on your fair share of mockery?

As I explained in the OP, the borrower can state anything he wishes as the value the property holds for him, but the bank has a fiduciary duty, both to the bank and it's shareholders to value each property using a licensed appraiser.
Under this New York statute, however, the attorney general did not have to show that there were victims, only that Mr Trump committed ongoing fraud.
