Regular Joe’s go to prison all the time for committing fraud. If it can happen to a regular person it definitely should happen to a powerful person.
Don’t you agree?

While people are celebrating the attempts to bring Trump down they're missing the bigger picture here, IMO. They keep expanding the net to take him down and sooner or later hope something sticks.
Doesn't anybody recognize abuse of power anymore? Targeted cancelling of any opponent.
Think you'll be safe because you're a 'little person'? Cross the wrong line, challenge corrupt government actions in any way and the 'little' guy won't stand a chance of exonerating themself.
Everything that starts at the top eventually trickles down to the bottom.
Trump has an offensive way of expressing himself. He's too old to be POTUS, IMO. Truth be told, at the present time he's the only option America has to return to prosperity.
Career, corrupt politicians are 100% responsible for the state our county is in, and electing another establishment sweet talker isn't going to improve our chances-or make things better.
People recognize abuse of power.
That’s why he is on trial and indicted.

New York Judge Rules Without Trial, Jury or Verdict, That President Trump Must Dissolve All Business Interests in State
This is John Galt level government targeting. A New York State judge has arbitrarily ruled, no trial – no jury, that President Trump overvalued his real estate holdings in New York, which means he paid too much in taxes, in order to secure financing and loans.
All the banks and lenders did their own due diligence on the financing. All operational loans and business loans were paid back. There were no defaults or banking interests adversely impacted.
There are no victims of what the State calls “fraud,” yet the judge is ruling the Trump organization must dissolve all business interests in the state and exit within 10 days.
New York Attorney General Latisha James campaigned for office with promises to target the Trump Organization and Donald Trump himself.
This is malicious lawfare in the extreme!

This case predates any of the criminal cases. And the fact that he's losing his companies for committing widespread fraud seems like something is sticking.
In civil cases, the plaintiff has the burden of proving their case by a preponderance of the evidence, which means the plaintiff merely needs to show that the fact in dispute is more likely than not.

Don't give them fodder bro.
Don't need it as we can see that Trump lives in all your heads....It's actually crazy to the level many of my liberal friends live, eat, and think Trump 24/7. 5 mins after Biden is out of office he will also be out of my head, maybe you all should try it too.
Except the Clinton’s, Obamas, Bushes, and Bidens.

Another source to add:
A U.S. federal judge on Tuesday ruled that former President Donald Trump—the twice-impeached GOP presidential front-runner facing 91 federal and state criminal charges in four separate cases—committed fraud over a period of years while building his real estate businesses.

So it seems what I wrote earlier about them potentially being forced to sell is not entirely accurate. They may not even get the chance to sell or decide on the price. It will be done for the Trumps.
In ordering the complete dissolution of the Trump Organization, the judge also ordered that the Organization and all the sister companies under the Trump umbrella will be 'sent into receivership to be under the control of a court-appointed officer.'
The court appointed officer will decide the best and most legal way to dissolve the companies.
ETA: Another interesting fact, the judge fined the Trump's lawyers, four of them, $7,500 each for making frivolous statements in court and wasting time by attempting to re-litigate things already decided. He called it like "being in a time-loop from Groundhog Day." Trump's attorneys are learning that his delay tactics are costing them money personally. Well, they can probably bill him for it.

Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton used an entire "news" segment to discuss her "concerns" about the 2024 election. What she had to say about Vladimir Putin, the 2020 election, Donald Trump, and conservatives is nothing shy of insane.
Trump is not out of options.
Mr. Trump has at least two routes left to challenge Justice Engoron. He can appeal the ruling and seek an emergency stay of the trial, a move that Mr. Trump’s lawyers indicated they might pursue.
Even if that does not work, Mr. Trump is awaiting a decision from an appeals court on the lawsuit he filed against Justice Engoron. In it, Mr. Trump argued that the judge had ignored an earlier appeals court ruling that raised the prospect that some evidence against the former president was too dated to be used at trial.
The appeals court is expected to rule as soon as Thursday.

Very interesting.
Remember the high five between Putin and the Saudi prince? I hope there’s serious investigating going on regarding Jared’s 2 billion Saudi deal.
