I want you to check something about 'tax values' on homes and what someone will spend on something. The fact some of you continue to parrot the 'you cannot develop the land' argument is just...asinine.

Look up the following property a few houses down from MAL.

101 Jungle Rd, Palm Beach, FL 33480

It sold in 2001 for 7.7 million. It is now listed at 60 million.

2001 Tax assessed value 3.8 million
2023 Tax assessed value 13 million when listed at 60 million

Tax assessments and what something is actually worth are two different things. This is why you do comps or else lenders will laugh at you.

The value the owner attaches to their property is not attempted fraud.

I value my property at a trillion dollars because of the irreplaceable memories raising my family on it. Gonna arrest me if I take out an insurance policy or an equity mortgage? The banks and insurance companies do their own assessments and write up a contract only after that. The bank goes with the trillion dollar valuation it's on them.

After a partial gag order was already issued against Trump in this case for posting the identity of one of the court clerks, and another partial gag order yesterday in the DC case, Trump may be tempting an expanded gag order in this case.

Shortly before he was scheduled to appear back in court today, Trump shared an article written by Laura Loomer that contains AG James' home address. James has already stated that she has received death threats from Trump supporters in the past. It was also only a few months ago that a would-be assassin showed up at Obama's DC residence the same day Trump posted the address online.

While the current gag order is primarily focused on protecting court staff, I will not be surprised if it's expanded to protect the AG and her staff.

So you have someone who is contradicting his testimony and under cross examination by Trumps lawyers and even if he is lying he should still testify....

Did you miss the link I provided detailing how Trump shared an article that contains James' home address?

Technically all of our names, addresses, socials, etc are publicly available but the general public didn't know that information until it's pointed out.

Nobody on here knows your actual identity but if somebody did enough digging they could find it out and if they then posted that information on here that would be considered doxxing.

The same goes for the clerk. No one knew who she was outside of being a clerk for the court. Until Trump provided that information to the world.
