Trump wasn't in possession of hundreds of pages of classified documents? There aren't financial documents showing that he paid off Stormy Daniels but didn't report the payoff as a campaign contribution? There aren't emails, texts, and witnesses detailing his attempts to overturn the election using illegal means?

Not really.
These are random claims made so to attempt to derail his path to become the next president.

The Manhattan case is set to go to trial on March 25. The DC case is set to go to trial on March 4. The Florida case is set to go trial on May 20. The date for the Georgia case is still pending but the first two defendants go to trial next month.

All these are failed attempts against Trump so not to run for the Presidency.

It's like a game where you try to be lucky on your 20th attempt then on the 30th attempt then on the 50th attempt until you get bored and give up.

You act like top dems don’t want trump to win the primary but the truth is they are more than fine with him winning the republican primary because he’s been a god send to Dems post 2016. Ever since Trump became the top Republican elections for republicans have ranged from disastrous to extreme disappointment, he’s backed terrible candidates that helped Dems in other races, multiple critical state Republican parties are in shambles, he helps Dems raise big money, he gets the Dems base out to vote/get more involved, and trumps helps motivate apathetic voters to vote against him. While Biden’s approval ratings are pretty embarrassing trumps were historically terrible and Dems have tons of ammo for campaign ads that they wouldn’t have with another Republican at the top of the ticket.

Claim a higher valuation for banks, claim much lower for taxes. Fraud.

Nope. smart... and tax valuations are ALWAYS lower than SELLER valuations - don't you know that?

As has been repeatedly stated, no one - not the bank, and not the property tax assessor - is obligated to accept his valuation.

Morons...

No, he appealed what they wanted him to pay in taxes. In this case he appealed because he apparently felt the valuation was too high.

Anyone who doesn't appeal their property taxes each and every year is an idiot loser - or just plain lazy (but still an idiot).

So you are going to penalize someone for wanting to pay less taxes?

Don't forget, the judge made the determination because it was a bench trial as a jury trial was not requested by Trump's lawyer. You can yell all you want about the judge, but the Trump team made that decision.

You cannot see the forest for the trees...

The decision for a bench trial was to speed that part up, so they can go on to appeal.

Anyone who thinks this fake judge with TDS's ruling will stand up on appeal is ... naive.

What I'm wondering is, what is the long game here? Well, we'll all find out soon enough.

But by all means, please, keep thinking you really got him this time. It makes reality all that much more fun when it smashes into your face.

The victims were Deutsche Bank and Bally's. However, James filed the case on behalf of the people of New York, citing Executive Law 63.

So, they are claiming that their army of lawyers are incompetent, and made a decision to issue a large loan without bothering to do their own due diligence and check the valuation of the property?

Were the loans defaulted on? Were payments missed?

The interesting part is with like 430 million guns in the common man's hands I think it actually shows just how overall nonviolent America actually is.

That is actually a great point...

I wonder if there are any statisticians on here that can plug that factor into these stats. I imagine it would make America the safest country ion the world with respect to gun violence - relatively speaking.

Well they did, so here we are.

If they didn't do their own due diligence, that is on them.

Banks in America were fed up with his bullcrap .
Trump bowered money from anyone dumb enough to loan it to him . Grifter son of a grifter

So, a Trump hater like yourself, I'm sure you have a complete list of every single loan that Trump failed to pay back, in full with interest.

By all means post away, I'm very interested to see it!

Nah.. they don't want to Trump to run.
Because defeat in the next presidential election is a very likely scenario.

I think you need a reality check if you really think Democrats want Trump to be their opponent!

You seem to be dismissing the various attempts to derail his campaign by trying to indict him on numerous charges with the hope he will be found guilty on one of them. They have failed so far.

As I said earlier:
It's like a game where you try to be lucky on your 20th attempt then on the 30th attempt then on the 50th attempt until you get bored and give up.

“By any means “ is the Dem Moto. The Dems don’t care who gets crushed in the process. A good example of their policies are “No Bail Releases” A Target store is closing in East Harlem NYC this month , but the impact of this business closing is significantly more felt than any other Target store closure . People living in East Harlem cried when hearing the news, and this is just one store . Imagine when Trump enterprises ceases to do business in NYC and the state of NY. All proceeds will still go to Trump in any sale. But thousands of jobs will be lost as well. The impact will felt by other business just like the Target closure that’s happening now in East Harlem . Putting Trump Enterprises in receivership or closing will have an impact many times over than a Target store, it will be felt though out NYC and the state of NY. So who is really being hurt here by the Attorney General of NY. It sure won’t be Donald Trump.

A 250 million fine levied on Trump will not make up for thousands of job losses and tax revenue. Not to mention indirect business revenue losses. Democrats can’t destroy NYC fast enough.

I can see your point here. I was explaining to some trump bashers on how I thought the NY AG could be basing her case off tax validation rates for commercial real estate values. Most if not all developers and investors add disclaimers on the lending package, always recommended by an attorney. You never know who will move in next door and drop the value of your property. Most people think one person approves jumbo loans like Mr Trump received and other developers receive. All these type of loans go before the bank and or lending institution board. From that point the board will conduct their own investigations before handing over hundred million dollars. The bank will give their own assessment of the value the property themselves, much like when people buy a home. The bank will hire an appraiser and conduct a property value estimate . It doesn't matter if Trump over inflated his own property values, because the banks will go by what their own evaluation based value is on the property, credit worthiness , repayment history, income from the property etc. It also cost money to apply for loans like that large; normal people see the fee at the closing their home loan ( origination fee.) Jumbo commercial loans require the fee up front and it's allot .

What the AG is using is some NY state law meant for crimes such as insider trading, and money laundering type of crimes. The AG is really bending the law to fit her agenda here. I think your correct in that the Tax validations are possibly being used as the AG's basis. If the AG is using Tax Validation then the State of NY has no case to bring to a bench trial. Using NY City tax validations as real property value and then claim Trump over inflated them . Tax evaluations are based on per capita populations for the generation of a tax, and not real property worth. the math formula for that is quite different.

No Matter what happens now the AG's actions against Mr Trump will effect company boardroom business decisions profoundly though out the State of New York in the present and the future. Big Businesses may not move to NY or may decide to move out which is happening now. The recipient of AG's actions is the great State of Texas . Just look up all the insurance companies that call Texas home now. I drove to Texas last week and met a few New Yorkers in Forney TX. Imagine my surprise finding out they worked for very large insurance company that transferred their HQ from NY City and brought some employees with them . I'm sure the people in the great state of Texas are saying good trade ! Busses for Big Business. Yeehaw!

So you think ?

You have no idea what it takes to a dissolve LLC let alone a coproration. Then there is the fall out how many will loose jobs at Trump Enterprises. How many business will loose business indirectly, and how many of their employees will be laid off as well. These are the questions that will be put before another court. it's called an impact assessment and it will be profound. The State of NY must conduct one as that is not done by the AG. Is the State of New York prepared to pay unemployment for the thousands that will be laid off. in addition to the mess they have now with the immigrant population .

There is no win in this only loss.

Trump to the bank... My property is worth 700 million, Bank: OK thanks Trump that is all we need here is your loan
Trump to the tax agency... My property is worth 1 dollar, Tax agency: OK thanks Trump that is all we need...

lol geez

The judge self-valued his estate at 18 million with massive acreage and 52 rooms etc gold courses so on and so forth. A 6-bedroom house near there sold for 50 million... hmmm

The judge never self valued. Any claims on social media of that are false.

In fact, the judge had cited Palm Beach County Property Appraiser valuations putting the property at between $18 million and $28 million, depending on the year, from 2011 to 2021.

Trump might think Mar-a-Lago is worth $1.8 billion, but in 2020, his own company said the Palm Beach appraiser was right. That year, the county valued Mar-a-Lago at $27 million. "The Petitioner agrees with the determination of the property appraiser or tax collector," a real estate broker representing Mar-a-Lago acknowledged on a form filed with the local Value Adjustment Board, and obtained by CBS News.

CBS News

As noted here before, due to deed restrictions the property must remain a club and cannot be changed into a single family property nor sold to a developer and changed into multiple properties, thus the value of MAL is significantly lower.
