Yeah not getting how he undervalued. That would be for the Property Appraiser of NY and if they did not do it correctly they should be investigated and indicted not the person who relies on them for a good review for loan. Michael Cohen would know about this.

An appraisal can make or break a deal real quick whether it is a 200k or a million dollar deal.
