Absolutely not. I'm sure it was made "without prejudice" and purely as a nuisance payment.

Probably.....

If you feel that strongly about it you can send him my £50 for me because I sure as # aren't going to.
I wouldn't give him the steam off my piss.

But please feel free to contribute.

Wow I guess you really hate the guy?

Like I said, one born every minute. He's probably laughing all the way to the bank.

You don't have a valid argument here.
Like I said before, he lost income and he asks for financial support from his followers and it's likely he will get much more than he asks especially if he is charged because the legal bill will be massive.

If it wasn't for the British Government and YouTube then he wouldn't have asked financial support. It's expected by the way. Nothing extraordinary.

There may never be a legal bill but he's asking for money now.

This push to deplatform him before he's even had his day in court is disturbing.

Can we assume, Brand is assuming or planning that there will be a legal bill in the near future?

It could be that he is never charged.
But in case he is charged he will need some sort of income. The income he lost.

In case it goes to court.
But regardless, he has lost income and he wants to make up for his loss.
