Somebody somewhere is lying about a housing shortage. Since the 1950s there has been a big decline in the US birth rate. Now think about the 1960s and 1970s, there was no housing crisis then, so with even less people (or should I say less Americans) there should be enough housing to suffice. But through design they have got rid of thousands of houses, demolished, creating a shortage. Food is the same as houses if people can't or wont pay the going price they will have to drop the price ir go under. But in housing if there are conglomerates, ie Blackrock etc., that own the houses they would soon see them demolished than lose money on them as the land can be just as valuable as the housing.

I've had to start growing my own food, stock up on canned and dry goods, I'm getting a rain catcher, and anything else that'll help my family in the long run. I'll gladly take any suggestions to save some money or better prep

Why is shoplifting so rampant? Because California state law holds that stealing merchandise worth $950 or less is just a misdemeanor, which means that law enforcement probably won’t bother to investigate, and if they do, prosecutors will let it go.

The housing crisis in my area is beyond repair. I’m 5 months in looking for a home now. After multiple extensions from my landlord, I have to be out in 9 days with nowhere to go.
On a side note, isn’t it interesting that alcohol didn’t inflate whatsoever. They want us dumbed down and drinking our lives away on our couch.

By saying it won't be comparable, I'm saying it's going to be worse. Much worse. Worse than the Great Depression.

If you ask me, this would be the perfect stage for something to be done in the people's favor.
A good idea, would be to NOT ask, hope, get additional jobs, cut back, or anything like that.
To the contrary - do nothing. Don't pay your exuberant mortgage and/or rent. Property taxes can go suck a tailpipe. Don't go to work. Don't drive anywhere. Do. Nothing. And I mean EVERYBODY - not just a few handfuls of people here and there, not a few hundred thousand, even. EVERYBODY.
If this is kept up for an entire solid week? The entire economy (and not just here) will come to a screeching halt and shut down. I bet my last $50 at that point, that Politicians and the businesses that fund them will listen to We The People.
Continuing to skirt by and do everything we can to manage does absolutely nothing but give those in control the idea that they can keep doing whatever the Hell they want with zero recourse.
Everybody that says "Oh, I can't afford that, I have to go to work and I can't afford this, that, or the other thing...." - Yeah, and? You can't afford what you're doing now. You seem to forget that.
I suppose it's all a fever dream though..... People could barely stand up at the grocery stores or their jobs during COVID, let alone accomplish something like this lol

Foraging is a lost art. I think people today think foraging is below them and they would sooner starve to death than forage. I also think people think foraging is looking for just their own taste ie. look for ,say, rabbits but not think about eating stinging nettles or certain tree leaves.

Are people THAT butt hurt over Trump’s mean tweets that they’ll pay out of control costs brought on by the Biden Administration?
I asked him can you give me an example of why trump was a tyrant, and he paused and couldn't give 1 example. He just smiled like I was crazy for not believing he wasnt a tyrant.
Appointed his family for positions they should NOT have had
“Joked” about a third term for himself
Tried to ban Tik Tok
Used his hotels for financial gain during his presidency
He wanted a third term
“Rules don’t apply to me”
There are too many examples
they all suck, we can agree on that.
