The Fulton County Clerk's office put out a press release about an hour ago. Considering the potential size of indictment, the Clerk uploaded a test document to their Odyssey platform.
It was never actually published, but the media can access documents before they're made public. Someone from Reuters saw the document and assumed it was something official. However it didn't have a signed true bill or the Clerk's stamp on it.
Can they post next week's winning Powerball numbers?
Asking for a friend.

The Fulton County clerk of courts is putting out the third public statement trying to explain and justify why they posted the grand jury indictment of Donald Trump before the grand jury had even met to vote on the indictment. This latest explanation is so incredulous it’s almost impossible to believe they are making this public:

Ever consider it was intentional so she would be dismissed from the $hit show they've created?

.
I don't think it was an accident. Someone realized it is all a setup and they had a moment of actual integrity. They posted the document to show it is all just a show. Now, what is going to be done about it?

So you're telling me she had her staff type up an indictment and had it signed off on by everyone who needed to sign it...before she even knew the jury would indict on all counts, and turned that in to the courthouse? Yeah, makes sense...in clown world.

This won't be going to the SCOTUS. It's a state case.

How Does the U.S. Supreme Court Work?
The U.S. Supreme Court is a federal court existing under the authority of Article III of the Constitution. It functions primarily as an appellate court, meaning a court that's authorized to review case decisions from other federal courts and from state courts. Most of what the Supreme Court does is shielded from public view, so it can be hard to understand how the Court works.

Another time saving pro-tip.
They could convict Trump before the trial.
