It would seem Fanni may have a bit of a problem on her hands and could face her own legal problems due to a bill signed into law by Gov. Kemp just 3 months ago...

The newly enacted law (Senate Bill 92) establishes a statewide Prosecuting Attorneys Statewide Qualifications Commission vested with the power to investigate complaints against district attorneys and, if warranted, remove them from office.

In a suspicious event, the Fulton County court website posted several charges against Trump, including RICO charges, earlier on Monday, even before the grand jury’s proceedings had concluded. The information was quickly taken down.

A Fulton County clerk said the Trump indictment documents posted online were “fictitious.”

However, later they just confirmed the same charges.

Oopsie. Greg Price took to twitter and noted that the "fictitious" charges were identical to the official charges, making it appear as if Trump was indicted before he was indicted.

Suspicious premature posting of charges against President Donald Trump before the grand jury’s proceedings could potentially be viewed as misconduct or as actions bringing the office into disrepute.

Based on these provisions alone, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis must be removed!

President Trump’s lawyers said of the documents posted online, “This was not a simple administrative mistake.”

Per the new norm in our "democratic republic", I expect nothing will come of this and Wallis will instead be applauded by her peers while republicans become indignant, but yet again, do nothing about it.

Maybe Jim Jordan can have her come to congress and they can take turns speaking sternly to her for 5 minutes at a time, while democrats thank her for her wonderful service to the nation. that would be something totally unexpected.

I have a thought about that. I think that the marxist purge is so great that even if the Republicans did try the same strong arm tactics of the left that they would not have any muscle to back up their words. Lets face it, Washington DC is a marxist hell. I bet maybe 5% (if that) of the police force in DC or on Capital Hill are even remotely independant or conservative. DC would be just as bad as Portland if the antifa in DC werent on a leash by their actual leaders.

The early post was put up by the Fulton County Court. That's the Judicial branch of government--an entirely separate branch of government from the Executive branch--which is who the DA works for. The DA had nothing to do with that leak.

If you listen to the insane anti-Trumpers here, this is a nothing burger.

Just like the SCOTUS abortion brief being leaked was a nothing burger to them, but they used it to threaten SC justice’s lives.

The only time they love the rule of law is when it pertains to their deranged agenda.

How did they get a copy to post, considering that Trump wasn't yet indicted when it was put on the website?

Why would Willis be punished for someone at the clerk's office accidentally uploading a document?

I don't know if this will merit a stern talking to. It may not be important enough.

Because it's the true bill that was going to be presented to the grand jury. It would've needed to be entered into the court record.

So you're telling me she had her staff type up an indictment and had it signed off on by everyone who needed to sign it...before she even knew the jury would indict on all counts, and turned that in to the courthouse? Yeah, makes sense...in clown world.

Why? How could the foreperson sign off on the true bill after it is passed if it has not been prepped ahead of time?

The whole point is, it was signed and posted BEFORE the indictments were handed down by the grand jury, and BEFORE they even knew the jury would indict on all counts.

The answer to your question is simple. You wait until the jury has indicted on the counts, THEN you have your staff type it up and send it out for signatures, BEFORE you post it to the website. Common sense.

It was explained to me that they had the indictment written beforehand because it was long. 98 pages. And that takes time.

So to expedite matters, they wrote up the indictment before the Grand Jury decided to save time.

Because it is the law, even though the Grand Jury was superfluous.

Understood, but do you also have the necessary people sign it before the jury hands down their verdict on all counts and post it online?

ETA: Sounds to me like they were in a hurry and got ahead of themselves. The DA still holds some responsibility.

Well, it saves time.

Another time saving pro-tip.

They could convict Trump before the trial.
