Well darn.
It was illegal miners with jet packs/boards, didn’t have that on my 2023 bingo card.
Little girl caught clear photograph:
Edit to add source: Mufon twitter
Edit: I misspoke, after reading more. she did not catch photo, this is from 2019 France show. She is showing what she saw.

Now, I don’t think it is jet/flight boards because of the time, not cost. They are flying around and seen for long periods of time. Cost is not a problem as these miners are making billions. 250k is nothing.
Billion-Dollar Industry Fueled by Slavery Peru's human rights ombudsman estimated last year that informal and illegal mines directly employ 100,000 people and indirectly employ another 400,000. According to estimates by experts cited by Verite, such mines produce a 15 to 22 percent of all the country's gold, worth almost $3 billion annually.

I'm not going to call the aliens stupid, but I can't see the strategic value of a Peruvian village if you're taking over the world.
Miners scarring them off makes some sense but these things are flying around for a lot more than 7 minutes.
Mainstream media outlets from Peru are reporting on strange animal mutilations. These cases are occurring in the state of Apurimac, where more than 30 sheep were found dead with holes in their skulls and no eyes. The attacks also happened at Quispe de Palomino with 14 sheep
The attacks happened at night. It is interesting to note that the animals were taken from the enclosure where they were and four animals are still missing.
Government officials of the sanitary authority visited the community to examine the animals. The official explanation from the government is that the perforations have been made by jaguars. Dogs have been responsible for eating the animals' eyes.
