Whatever that light source is it's huge. pause the video when it's at it's maximum brightness. It lights up and entire mountain side. You can see people in the foreground also partially lit up. That aint no Torch from Wish.

Maybe the special forces are not with 2000 miles of the area. Maybe they are not there at all. Peru is a big country. What sort of training would scaring some villagers at night be about?

Boluarte Authorizes the Entry of US Military Into Peru

On Wednesday, President Dina Boluarte authorized the entry into Peruvian territory of over a thousand U.S. soldiers, who will train the Armed Forces and the National Police.

The U.S. military will carry out operations with the Peruvian Joint Intelligence and Special Operations Command (CIOEC), the Joint Special Forces (FEC), the Navy's Special Operations Forces (FOE), the Air Force's Special Forces Group (GRUFE), the Anti-drug Directorate (DIRANDRO), and the Police's Special Forces Directorate (DIROES). The training will take place in Lima, Callao, Loreto, San Martin, Santa Lucia, Huanuco, Ucayali, Pasco, Junin, Huancavelica, Cusco, Ayacucho, Iquitos, Pucusana and Apurimac. The U.S. military will arrive in various groups, between June 1 and December 31. The largest group will be made up of 970 members of the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Special Forces.

Besides carrying their personal regulation weapons, they will arrive in Peru with planes, trucks and rapid response boats to take part in the "Resolute Sentinel 2023" maneuver.

You can verify the location yourself, but I still wouldn't rule out highly organized and funded illegal miners, especially if they are involved in slavery. I've been hearing rumors that human traffickers have, and are using advanced technology. I guess, you can't rule out the US working with illegal elements either, since there's already a history of that.

The Villagers are calling on the National Police for help, but they are busy training with US special forces in the area.

What sort of training would scaring some villagers at night be about?

Psychological operations and land acquisition operations, are a couple of possibilities that come to mind, but if training is all that is taking place, it could just be special forces practicing their Flyboard and plasma tech skills. I wouldn't be surprised if they are training with some other secret stuff as well.

In Peru, there is "a coup-born, spurious government that is responsible for the death of 70 citizens," said former Foreign Affairs Minister Hector Bejar, who doubts the true intentions of the U.S. military presence, which happens amid protests against Boluarte.

This “is part of a dissuasive policy to intimidate the Peruvian people who have announced new protests for July,” he added.

The guy in video describes watching ufos from 7-10pm. They stay away then come close, when they come close he sees 2 meter humanoids on them. That was in the video. You keep commenting things and not actually taking the time to review the evidence that’s coming up.

You’re demanding info already provided. I’m all for debunking/skepticism but be informed first.

I think that you are misinterpreting the reports, but I don't speak Spanish and don't feel like arguing with you, but I will say that the initial reports of the hover-boards featured a red light. I think that the hover-boarding and plasmas are two separate phenomena, however both impressive and mystifying, especially to those who know nothing of the technology.

If what you think is true, the villagers and visiting media owe it to everyone to take better and longer videos. Maybe, Louis from Nerd Report should go investigate. Are there no UFO researchers or groups out there will to make the trip?

If anyone does make the trip, be careful. You have been warned that US special forces are conducting training in the area and will be there at least into early next year. There is also a possible threat of illegal miners who may also be involved in slavery.

I could see where village simpletons see a green or green camouflaged helmeted figure and equate the helmeted head as an analogy to the Spider-Man’s Green Goblin head….

People are always such cowards when it comes to unknown things. (Unless the creature was hostile and aggressive) there was no need to shoot it. He's lucky it didn't retaliate with deadly force.

I read about a case similar in Brazil about a guy who had a craft land on his farm and several humanoid creatures approached him excitedly, but not threatening him, and he raised his rifle and shot one in the head and dropped it. The other creatures acted horrified like humans would, and the craft that was near targeted him and shot a beam at him. He died later from that.

I can't remember or find that story, but it might have been in one of Timothy Good's books.

could be evidence of another man-made technology being kept secret. This could also be plasma technology, as I'm hearing that a lot of different technologies have been developed under the category of directed energy weapons, aka DEWs.
A hand-held device that can knock a person out instantly, is probably one of the more high demand technologies someone would want developed. I wouldn't be surprised if such a device already exists and is secretly in use in the field.

This is also the 2nd report of such a thing happening in that village, as previously a woman claimed to be hit by a ball of light that knocked her out.

There could be a lot of technology in use that is being kept secret from us.
Yesterday for example, I was doing some research and learned that there exists technology that can look through walls. This information was from the early 2,000's, the device was hand-held, used AA batteries, and costs about $1,000. This particular device may have been available to the public for a short time. Similar devices were said to be in development, used different frequencies.
