Maybe a load of Aliens are on the run from some super secret US military Base.
That's a bit far fetched, don't you think?
Especially since they have been conducting Operation Resolute Sentinel since 2021, and this annual operation last several months.

The Incapacitating Flashlight
An LED flashlight makes culprits vomit.
The flashes temporarily blind a person, as any bright light would, and the light pulses, which quickly change both in color and duration, also cause what Lieberman calls psychophysical effects. These effects, whose effectiveness depends on the person, range from disorientation to vertigo to nausea, and they wear off in a few minutes.
I’ve heard of several technologies like that. I made a thread on a newer wifi technology that does that allows to see through walls a few months ago.

Many of these would be in the buying range of billion dollar cartels. And I could see a cartel’s leaders kid doing something like this to try to scare off locals…
… but from the descriptions I just don’t think these are the answer. Many testifying they see them loitering for hours waiting to find someone alone then swooping down on the individual.
Space force with a similar but better technology testing it in conjunction with psy-op would be almost as plausible as aliens.
Time will tell. It’s very interesting watching it unfold no matter the ultimate answer.

If they have ufo tech from say a crash, and they wanted to test it on a small scale…
Pretending to be aliens in a remote location might not be the worst scenario.
Plausible deniability.
Silent. That's where the theory that they are military tech falls apart.

I think the plasma ball tech is silent.
Not only that, but because it's plasma, it can be steered around at very high speeds and change direction in seemingly impossible ways. This tech can be used to fool pilots similarly to how we can fool a cat with a laser pointer.
There's plenty of highly advanced man-made technology that has been kept secret. We didn't need the help of aliens, we did it with teamwork, effort, and a lot of time.
You think it's silent?. So you've never seen it or heard it?. awesome.

I've been hearing rumors that human traffickers have, and are using advanced technology.
plasma tech is silent, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's ways to make the plasmas make noise

I doubt we have Alien tech at our disposal but if we do it would be like handing Homo Habilis an iPhone. It would Pretty much useless until we evolve another 1.65 million years and at least discover and generate enough electricity to switch the damn thing on. We probably haven't even worked our where the bloody door is.

Got a source for that?
You're trying to say you actually believe child traffickers have better Jet Pack technology than, for example, the US Military?

My source is rumors on ATS and elsewhere, that the US is using high-level special access programs, special forces and operatives, and advanced technology in human trafficking operations.
I didn't, and don't want to believe it myself, nor am I claiming it's true, if just heard rumors. Now, I could do some digging and and link those rumors here, but I rather not at this time.
What I would rather do is make a simple case that's it's a possibility, using Hollywood as my source.
Some illegal trafficking operations that have annual revenues in the billions, or likely hundreds of billions are those of, drug, weapons, and human trafficking.
You're trying to say you actually believe child traffickers have better Jet Pack technology than, for example, the US Military?
"American Made" is a 2017 American action comedy film directed by Doug Liman, written by Gary Spinelli, and starring Tom Cruise, Domhnall Gleeson, Sarah Wright, Alejandro Edda, Mauricio Meja, Caleb Landry Jones, and Jesse Plemons. The movie is inspired by the life of Barry Seal, a former TWA pilot who flew missions for the CIA and became a drug smuggler for the Medellin Cartel in the 1980s.
Lord of War is a 2005 crime drama[3] film written and directed by Andrew Niccol, starring Nicolas Cage, Jared Leto, Bridget Moynahan, Ian Holm, and Ethan Hawke. Taking place in the early 1980s, Lord of War follows Yuri Orlov as he enters the illegal arms trade, eventually becoming the most prominent arms dealer on the planet.
Valentine detains Yuri in anticipation of his trial and conviction, but Yuri is unfazed. He tells Valentine that he will eventually be released, as while he is a criminal, his crime sometimes serves the interests of the U.S government. Valentine hears a knock at the door, looks at Yuri for a moment, and rebukes him.
Yuri is released and soon returns to the arms trade. The film concludes with a statement that the five largest arms producers in the world—the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, China, and France—are also the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council.
