So another unnamed employee said they heard

“De Oliveira told [the employee] ‘the boss’ wanted the server deleted,” the new indictment alleges. The employee “responded that he would not know how to do that, and that he did not believe he would have the rights to do that,” the indictment adds. Prosecutors claim that when the employee said a supervisor would need to be involved, De Oliveira repeated that “the boss” wanted the server deleted and De Oliveira then asked: “What are we going to do?”

Who is employee #4? Why are they being 'protected' as I would think they would be charged also if they deleted it.

Yuscil Taveras is Trump Employee 4. I've mentioned this a few times now.

If there is an off-site backup, or they actual didn't delete anything, what is the content that they suspect Trump was wanting to get rid of?

Which was leaked...right? My question is...why is he not charged? I mean, you guys are so good with all this law stuff you should be able to tell us, right?

There were gaps in the footage subpoenaed from MAL that weren't present in the footage taken from the off-site servers.

The DOJ was looking for footage related to the movement of boxes.

We know it's Taveras because he was questioned by the grand jury about this exact thing.

As far as I'm aware, Taveras didn't delete any footage. So why would he be arrested just for being asked to delete footage.

That said, if he did delete any footage, he may have been offered immunity in exchange for his cooperation.

hahahaha..... so it's back to moving boxes of your own stuff around your own residence.

Figures.

I thought it might be sexy like Chinese spies or something coming to make a pickup! One would think for all the hoopla over it.

Trump seems to think that footage of boxes being moved is evidence of a crime considering he was so desperate to have it destroyed.

After having received a subpoena about said stuff?

And trying to delete footage?

Nothing to see here. Move on......

Trump has learned by now that they are out to get him. Its a ludicrous charge. They found all those boxes when they executed the search warrant.

People can see this.

Imagine being charged with obstruction of justice for moving boxes of personal items around your own residence.

You support this tyranny.

Because you hate the bad orange man and want to see him fly.

Can you imagine how silly it is to be charged with moving boxes of your own personal stuff around your own residence?

Did they not find what they were after when they executed the warrant?

But y'all want to 'git him' for anything you can, and lock him up for 400+ years.

It's nutz. I dont even like the man, but I like him more than this insanity and tyranny.

Investigators generally do find hidden contraband when executing a search warrant. That's the whole point of the search warrant.

The part you seem to be missing is that before the search warrant he had been issued a subpoena to turn over those documents. It was at that time the boxes were moved, in an attempt to keep investigators from retrieving the documents the court ordered Trump to turn over.

Not interested to "git him", just pointing out that he had a subpoena and he wasn't just moving boxes of his own personal stuff?

And I'm not "y'all?

In your mind, is it just a little bit possible that Trump wanted to go thru all those boxes, and not turn over all the contents? If they contained personal information not belonging to the government he has a right to the lions share of the contents!

The deep state hunting expedition in wanting all the contents of all the boxes. Convince me otherwise.

Those stacks and stacks of boxes apparently contained less than 50 classified docs/bonafide govt property. Thats needles in a big old hay stack.

How can he both store them and not move them around and sort them out? Kind of inconvenient if you need to go thru boxes but cant move them, eh.

IT"S STUPID.

And, the subpoena?

The lions share of contents in those boxes were his personal property not under subpoena. Im sure the govt wanted a peek at his personal papers. Theyve spied on him all along. Of course he didn't want them to peek.

Out of those stacks and stacks of boxes, they didn't find much. One might say all those boxes actually weren't under subpoena and he did't know exactly where the subpoenaed stuff was located because he didn't pack it!

Much ado about cow flop.

To me, you are a y'all. You aren't all y'all tho'. Thats plural.

Joe Biden stole Classified documents for many years and kept them stashed in strange places.

WHY?

Dementia in 2007?

Any word from special counsel Robert Hur?

His team has been investigating for 7 months.

How is he supposed to turn over the stuff that is under subpoena if he isn't allowed to move and sort the boxes?

Tell that to the Judge!

How do you know what was in his mind?

Let's see how the case pans out.
