The only way they can stop someone that's already been beaten by the current President, has lost support from the GOP since the last election, while having the largest voting demographic galvanized against him thanks to the decisions of the current members of the GOP in power?

I'm also wondering where all those people went that claimed the Iran document didn't exist.

Not sure how the thread turned into whatabout Hillary.

"Whataboutism" - an accusation that can be used to dismiss president and equal treatment under the law when your political tribe is just as guilty as your political rivals yet were treated differently due to corruption you'd rather not acknowledge.

Ok. Where's the evidence from her own people, audio and video that she committed a crime? Unless, you're saying she should have been indicted and charged without all of that evidence? Didn't Trump run on "lock her up"? Yet his own DOJ failed to do so? Did she not testify for 30 hours? Did they not have 30 investigations? I think you miss that most, I can't speak for all, have no problem with criminal charges when the indictment/ evidence seems to support those charges. Most of us, do not revere politicians and think they are above our laws. If Hillary or Biden or Trump is charged, my day pretty much goes on the same. I won't feel the need to protest in any way. I won't donate to their "legal fund". It's like the Hunter plea deal threads, they are all "where are the libs to comment!" We're all over here going, "eh, who cares, if he gets a deal or it goes to court, he is charged as he should be and faces whatever happens", I think it's expected to do flips to defend him, but why? F around and find out. Whoever it is.

LMAO
Yeah, because unlike Trump, Hillary seems to have the worst luck, with people who may speak out against her.
For some reason, they kill themselves.
Sometimes in the most "interesting" ways.

So yeah, nobody's coming forward against her, with the truth, or lies.

So even though the DOJ has strong evidence that Trump violated the law you believe he should be allowed to skate because he announced his candidacy almost a year after the investigation was launched?

Really? There's a problem with this.
Google "Bill Clinton Sock Drawer Documents".
The Presidential Records Act was used to cover Clinton's a$$ for the exact same thing that Trump has been accused of. A Federal Judge's interpretation of the Act sets a precedent for this.
If you go by that precedent Trump has committed no crime.
Of course the USSC will rule on this in Trump's favor.............................in 2028.

You may want to Google what that case was about. Because it has no similarities to Trump's case.

Also, based on the charges that Trump has been indicted on, the PRA has no bearing on this case.

Even if it did, the 11th Circuit has already ruled the classified documents are the possession of the US government and SCOTUS declined to hear the case.

The facts of the sock drawer case. It was a civil case, not a criminal case. Judicial Watch sued NARA to release audio tapes that Clinton had recorded with historian Taylor Branch while in the White House. So, no classified material was involved.

The judge ruled that NARA had no authority to release the tapes because they were not government records but the property of the historian.

So, what similarities should I be looking for between this case and Trump's case?

What I find comical is that you guys seem to have made these cases against Trump your life’s work.

You guys are so quick to quote or bring up minute details of all the indictments that only someone that has spent 24/7 reading about it would bring up.

Obsession or fixation on one subject to the point where it consumes your every waking minute, is not good for your mental health and well being.

I don’t know how these cases against Trump will play out but I only care about how this affects the country.
The Democrats seem to have the same obsession that you guys have, to the point of “Get Trump at all costs” while putting the needs and welfare of the country on the back burner.
Everyone can see through it and knows they are doing nothing for the country.

I’ve asked this question numerous times without reply from any of the Left leaning members here, which doesn’t really surprise me.

What are the Trump policies that made you hate him with this much fervor?

I think you guys should mentally prepare yourselves for the reality that nothing will happen to Trump the way you guys think will happen, like going to jail.
I don’t believe Trump will go to jail for any of these so called “crimes”.

Isn't it strange how for YEARS, going back to Arkansas, a body count on the Clintons has been maintained? where are the lists for other politicians?

The American people know what's up. We always have. They just spin and lawyer up and corrupt the truth.

Haha. Talking about an indictment means you hate someone? And life's work? You seem to be very triggered. For a lot of people, reading a 60 page indictment does not take up a heck of a lot of time and if you have pretty decent comprehension, it's pretty easy to remember what's in them. Minute details? What details of the indictment are minute? Just because you don't like the details in the indictment do not mean they are not important in the context of the indictment itself.

It's a valid subject to discuss. It has nothing to do with any of your other "I wanna know" questions. People can like or dislike anyone. I don't care why you like Trump or hate Biden. Vote for whomever you want. It's a personal decision.

I am not sure why you participate if you do not want to discuss the topic.

Maybe you should ask the mods to forbid topics that offend you so much. I mean if you're that upset that people will discuss a huge current event story and stick to the actual topic of the post using the supporting links/info and not fall for you trying to derail it into something else.

And who needs to be "mentally prepared"? Again, are you serious? For the 100th time. I don't know him, I don't adore him. The case is interesting, I don't know how they would ever jail someone with secret service protection. I'm quite looking forward to the evidence on both sides. Maybe he'll prove his innocence, maybe not. I think only those so vested in the man himself should prepare themselves mentally. I don't need to. I'm good however this turns out after trial.

That is a good synopsis. They are the rabid ones and when we try to point something out we are called

"MAGA SUPREME FOLLOWERS OF THE CHEETO" and told our livs and actions are controlled by Trump when in actuality...their lives are.

I still cannot understand also why anyone on the f'n planet would believe anything the media says after COVID.

TRIGGERED!!!!!!!! Lol. The good old stand by. In the end I could care less if Donald Trump gets 100 years in prison....IF he actually committed a crime.

There you go again. I simply addressed everything in your post. If you did not want me to answer, why did you include me by name? Keep playing your game. You have your answers. Care to discuss anything in the indictment which is the topic of the thread?

Trump’s potential prison sentence, if convicted, is now up to 460 years in total. Nauta faces 150 years, and De Oliveira faces 65 years.

So, you mean to tell me that Trump ordered the head maintenance guy to drain a pool to destroy evidence? Is this a Scooby Doo cartoon?

I mean, we all know he would have just used Bleach Bit since the FBI allows that right?

The years in prison is absolutely insane. There are actual criminals, murders, rapists, child killers, perverts etc in jail for less time.

I feel so bad for his employees. Contrast with Huma Abedin.

How can anyone feel proud of this?
