Neither Trump, Nauta, or De Oliveira have the knowledge on how to wipe the servers. That's why they tried to get Yuscil Taveras (Trump Employee 4) to do it. But Taveras refused to go along with it.

So it sounds like Trump had to get creative.

It won't come out to anywhere near that amount. Most of the sentences would be served concurrently. A while back I saw a former US prosecutor breakdown what the likely prison term would be based on the formula the DOJ uses and I believe it came out to around 15 years for Trump.

By the way, if you want someone to answer your questions try making a separate thread instead of attempting to derail every thread about Trump's crimes.

I just might do that.
It will be a pleasure to see you guys yammer on about how Trump has hurt you, if you even respond at all.

As far as derailing a thread, it’s not your thread and I believe the OP of the thread would agree with me.

Are you kidding? They did not have the knowledge. Look. Donald Trump has the money and resources to make anything go away. His grand scheme is this? Are you all really this freaking gullible?

And, how do you know that NONE of them have the ability? I mean, I know Trump would not but you are making assumptions.

What will they do with the SS when they lock him up for 15 years?

Listing the number of years they are facing then is just for show and shock value. And you follow thru.

The Dems will take his SS protection away.
Just like how they are denying RFK Jr SS protection as a presidential candidate.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said Friday that his request for Secret Service protection as a 2024 presidential candidate was rejected by the Biden administration.

Kennedy said he received a message from Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas that read, "I have determined that Secret Service protection for Robert F Kennedy Jr is not warranted at this time."

Not sure how the thread turned into whatabout Hillary.

"Whataboutism" - an accusation that can be used to dismiss president and equal treatment under the law when your political tribe is just as guilty as your political rivals yet were treated differently due to corruption you'd rather not acknowledge.

Ok. Where's the evidence from her own people, audio and video that she committed a crime? Unless, you're saying she should have been indicted and charged without all of that evidence? Didn't Trump run on "lock her up"? Yet his own DOJ failed to do so? Did she not testify for 30 hours? Did they not have 30 investigations? I think you miss that most, I can't speak for all, have no problem with criminal charges when the indictment/ evidence seems to support those charges. Most of us, do not revere politicians and think they are above our laws. If Hillary or Biden or Trump is charged, my day pretty much goes on the same. I won't feel the need to protest in any way. I won't donate to their "legal fund". It's like the Hunter plea deal threads, they are all "where are the libs to comment!" We're all over here going, "eh, who cares, if he gets a deal or it goes to court, he is charged as he should be and faces whatever happens", I think it's expected to do flips to defend him, but why? F around and find out. Whoever it is.

Bla bla bla bla bla;

Don't you ever get tired of the mental gymnastics?

If your day goes on the same with out Hillary or Biden or Trump being charged why are you so insistent on fathering the downward partisan spiral this country is on just to excuse Democrats and condemn Republicans?

Listen I'd like to see the corruption in Washington cleaned up just as much as the next guy. I just don’t see how that happens by persecuting "cheeto jesus" while everyone elses corruption and neglect goes unchecked.

When you're trying to commit a crime does bringing in more people, especially people you don't know, sound like a good idea?

Any thoughts on Trump trying to have Nauta and De Oliveira destroy surveillance footage after it was subpoenaed?

Why would he not reach out to Matthew Calamari? You are going to go to your valet or maintenance guy and not a head of your Security? Son of your COO?

C'mon guys. This is not a redbeck meth operation.....

Also, they have all the surveillance so wouldn't we be able to see these crimes committed? Why not leak the footage?

Is he considered major? As of June he had a 16% favorability.

18 USC 3056A: Powers, authorities, and duties of United States Secret Service Uniformed Division:

(12) Major Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates and, within 120 days of the general Presidential election, the spouses of such candidates, as provided in section 3056(a)(7) of title 18

U.S. Code

ETA: currently only Biden and Trump have Secret Service detail. None of the other candidates have them.

You have GOT to be kidding me!

Why are they so petty. Hunter has protection, but this honorable man, with a dark history of political assassins against his family?

He dared challenge the regime!

Are any previous Biden votes paying any attention at all?

Asking the group: How do you feel about this?

It's possible they were contacted. We know they both testified before the grand jury. We also know that some footage was destroyed. Fortunately, the footage was also stored on off-site servers so investigators were able to get all of the footage.

Because it could pollute a jury pool and lead to a mistrial.

Yes, innocent until proven guilty and the current DoJ is corrupt.

Is that simple enough for ya?

Pretty much even with Biden’s real numbers.
With his family’s history of being assassinated, I would say it’s probably a good idea.

So if you don't actually want to discuss the contents of the new indictment, why did you make a thread about it?

a reply to: Threadbare

My OP pretty much indicates that I don't really care about the contents of the indictment because I believe the indictment is politically motivated in response to the news about Hunter's rejected plea.

I EXPECTED more indictments or charges. They need to push the bad news for Biden off the 'front page'.

Here is the criteria laid out on the Secret Service website to make a determination before the 120 days. As of now, no candidate beside the President and former President have SS detail.
